Become the Best Version of Yourself — For Them!

What if the greatest gift you could give your children wasn’t more time, more money, or more protection…
but a confident, emotionally grounded, self-aware parent?

Your children don’t just listen to what you say.
They watch how you live, how you react, how you speak to yourself, and how you face challenges.

This eBook is your starting point to becoming the person they learn confidence from — every single day.

Why This eBook Is Different

The Best Version of Yourself for Them is not another generic self-help book.

It’s a short, practical, deeply reflective guide built around 10 powerful steps that help you:

  • Strengthen your self-confidence from the inside out

  • Understand how your inner dialogue shapes your parenting

  • Lead your life consciously — as a person and as a parent

  • Become a role model of emotional strength, not perfection

Written for real parents with real lives, this eBook blends personal growth, emotional awareness, and parenting insight into a simple, actionable roadmap.

This eBook Is for You If…

You want to:

  • Stop doubting yourself as a person and as a parent

  • Break cycles of fear, insecurity, or self-criticism

  • Raise confident children by being a confident example

  • Respond instead of reacting in stressful parenting moments

  • Align who you are with how you parent

  • Lead your family with clarity, emotional safety, and intention

What You’ll Learn in the 10 Steps

  • How self-confidence is built (and unintentionally destroyed)

  • Why your children mirror your emotional world

  • How to shift from survival mode to conscious leadership

  • How to parent with presence, not guilt

  • How to model resilience, boundaries, and self-respect

✨ Special Section for Parents:
Practical reflections and exercises designed to help you translate personal growth directly into everyday parenting moments.

This is not about being a “perfect parent.”

An incredible eBook. I am still shocked that it's not expensive. I bought books in the past with much less value and much more expensive.

Where acceptance is required at checkout or registration, you will be asked to confirm your agreement through an appropriate acknowledgement mechanism.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect personal information and should be read alongside these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

1.1 Electronic Communications and Agreements

Where permitted by applicable law, we may provide order confirmations, invoices, receipts, access instructions, service notices and contractual communications electronically using the contact details you supply.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and keep your email address reasonably up to date.

Where required by law, we will provide applicable contractual information and confirmation of the agreement in a durable form, such as email.

Consent to receive marketing communications remains separate from acceptance of these Terms.

Electronic acceptance does not waive statutory consumer rights.

  10. Other educational, professional or digital products introduced from time to time.

Specific product descriptions, inclusions, pricing, access arrangements and conditions will be presented on the relevant product page, booking confirmation or written service agreement.

Where a product-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms, the more specific agreement will govern the relevant service, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

4. Eligibility and Permitted Use

Our products and services are primarily intended for adults and individuals seeking educational, career, business or personal development resources.

By making a purchase or registering for a service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into the relevant agreement.

Individuals below the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction must obtain any parental or guardian authorisation required by applicable law.

You agree to provide accurate information where reasonably necessary for purchases, registrations, communications and service delivery.

You must not use our products, websites or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise prohibited activities.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unlawful conduct, security risks or serious breaches of these Terms, subject to applicable consumer rights.

5. Free Ebooks and Complimentary Resources

We may provide free ebooks, guides, templates, educational materials or other digital resources through Stan Store or other authorised platforms.

To access a free resource, you may be asked to provide information such as your name and email address.

This information may be used to deliver the requested resource, provide necessary service-related communications and administer the transaction or registration.

Downloading a free resource does not automatically constitute consent to receive promotional emails.

Where required, consent to marketing communications will be requested separately through an optional, unchecked checkbox or another legally valid consent mechanism.

You may decline optional marketing consent without losing access to a free resource advertised as available without a marketing subscription.

Unless otherwise stated, free resources are provided for individual, non-commercial educational use.

You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce or commercially exploit these resources without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

6. Email Marketing and Promotional Communications

We may offer customers and visitors the opportunity to subscribe to newsletters, educational updates and promotional communications.

These communications may include information about career development, personal growth, books, ebooks, digital publications, online courses, educational programmes, workshops, webinars, masterclasses, coaching, consulting, professional services, new products, launches, special offers and business updates.

Marketing communications may be sent under ContentSpecialist, PERSONA Plus or Dr Claudia De Luca, provided this is clearly disclosed when consent is requested.

6.1 Optional Consent

Where consent is required, marketing subscription will be voluntary and separate from acceptance of these Terms.

Marketing checkboxes will not be pre-selected.

We will not treat mandatory acceptance of these Terms as automatic permission to send promotional emails.

6.2 Unsubscribing

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the relevant communication or by contacting:

info@contentspecialist.com.au

We will process unsubscribe requests in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily prevent essential transactional messages relating to purchases, account access, product delivery or requested services.

6.3 International Marketing Requirements

We aim to comply with applicable electronic marketing requirements, including, where relevant:

  • Australia's Spam Act 2003.

  • The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable electronic communications rules.

  • The UK GDPR and Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

  • The United States CAN-SPAM Act.

  • Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

  • Other applicable national or regional marketing laws.

The legal basis for sending a particular communication will depend on the recipient's jurisdiction and the circumstances in which their information was collected.

Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.

7. Product Information and Availability

We aim to describe our products and services accurately, including their principal features, intended purposes, prices and delivery arrangements.

Product descriptions, images, previews and promotional materials are intended to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

We may update, improve or discontinue products and services from time to time.

For products already purchased, any material change affecting contracted features, access or delivery will be handled in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable consumer law.

We do not guarantee that every product or service will remain available indefinitely unless a specific availability period or continuing access commitment has been expressly provided.

8. Prices, Currencies and Taxes

Prices will be displayed on the relevant product page or communicated in a written quotation or agreement before purchase.

Prices may be presented in Australian dollars or another currency, depending on the product, platform settings or customer's location.

The applicable currency and final payable amount will be shown during checkout.

Taxes, including GST, VAT, sales taxes or other applicable charges, will be disclosed or calculated as required by law.

For international purchases, additional currency conversion charges or financial institution fees may apply.

We are not responsible for fees independently imposed by a customer's bank or payment provider, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may change prices prospectively. Price changes will not retrospectively alter completed purchases or existing contractual commitments unless expressly agreed and legally permitted.

9. Orders and Payment Processing

Purchases may be processed through Stan Store and its supported third-party payment service providers.

Customers agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and to use payment methods they are authorised to use.

An order confirmation or payment receipt may be issued electronically.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled because of an error, technical problem, suspected fraud or product unavailability, we will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue, which may include providing a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

Payment information may be handled directly by third-party payment providers under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

We do not ordinarily collect or store customers' complete payment card information ourselves.

9.1 Payment Plans and Instalments

Where a fixed-price product or service is offered through instalments, the relevant checkout page or written agreement will disclose the total price, deposit (if any), instalment amounts, payment dates, accepted payment methods and applicable cancellation conditions before purchase.

A payment plan for a fixed-price product or service is not automatically a cancellable subscription.

Customers agree to make scheduled payments in accordance with the agreed payment plan, subject to applicable contractual and statutory rights.

Outstanding instalments remain payable only to the extent that the underlying agreement remains legally enforceable.

Nothing in this provision prevents customers from exercising applicable statutory cancellation, refund or consumer guarantee rights.

9.2 Failed Payments

If an authorised payment fails, we may:

  • Notify the customer of the unsuccessful transaction.

  • Request updated payment information.

  • Provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the payment issue.

  • Attempt further collection through the authorised payment provider, where permitted.

  • Temporarily suspend access to unpaid services where proportionate, previously disclosed and legally permitted.

We will not impose undisclosed administrative fees.

Any suspension or restriction will be proportionate to the circumstances and will not remove a customer's statutory rights or remedies.

9.3 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you identify an unauthorised, duplicate or incorrect charge, we encourage you to contact us at info@contentspecialist.com.au so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

Customers retain the right to contact their bank, payment provider, consumer protection authority or other legally available dispute-resolution service.

We may provide relevant transaction records to payment processors, investigate suspected fraudulent transactions and challenge payment disputes where there are reasonable grounds to do so.

We may take proportionate and lawful action in cases of demonstrated fraud or deliberate payment abuse.

Initiating a legitimate, good-faith chargeback does not automatically constitute a breach of these Terms or remove any statutory consumer rights.

10. Digital Product Delivery and Access

Digital products may be delivered through electronic download links, email delivery, Stan Store, online learning platforms or other delivery methods specified at purchase.

Delivery arrangements will be described on the relevant product page or in the purchase confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining reasonably suitable equipment, software and internet access where these requirements have been clearly disclosed.

If a purchased digital product is not delivered or cannot be accessed as described, customers should contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Any stated access period will apply, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Where lifetime access is expressly advertised, the meaning, scope and limitations of that commitment must be clearly specified in the relevant product description.

10.1 Product Updates and New Editions

We may periodically update, correct, improve or expand existing digital products.

Unless expressly stated in the relevant product description, purchasing an existing product does not automatically include access to separately marketed new courses, substantial new editions, successor programmes or additional products.

Where updates are expressly included in the purchase, we will honour those commitments in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable consumer law.

We reserve the right to create and sell new standalone products covering similar subjects, provided that doing so does not remove contracted features or access rights from existing customers.

10.2 Platform Changes and Migration

We may change the hosting platform, learning management system or delivery method used for our digital products for legitimate operational, technical or commercial reasons.

Where a planned migration requires customer action or materially affects purchased access, we will aim to provide at least 30 days' advance notice where reasonably practicable.

Where appropriate, we will provide instructions or alternative access arrangements without additional charges for content already included in the customer's purchase.

Any material changes affecting contractual rights will be handled in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable consumer protection laws.

10.3 Product Discontinuation and Business Closure

If we plan to discontinue a hosted digital product or cease the relevant business operations, we will, where reasonably practicable and legally permitted:

  • Provide reasonable advance notice to affected customers.

  • Offer an opportunity to download eligible purchased materials where technically and legally possible.

  • Consider alternative access arrangements where appropriate.

  • Honour applicable contractual obligations and statutory remedies.

Not all hosted content can be made downloadable due to licensing, technical or intellectual property restrictions.

Any promise of lifetime access will be interpreted consistently with the representations made at the time of purchase and applicable consumer law.

This provision does not authorise the early withdrawal of contracted access without an appropriate remedy where one is legally required.

11. Intellectual Property and Licensing

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of our products, websites, publications and services is owned by us or used under an appropriate licence.

Protected materials may include ebooks, books, course materials, presentations, videos, recordings, audio content, worksheets, templates, educational resources, frameworks, methodologies, original written content, brand names, logos, graphics, designs, website content and digital publications.

All applicable intellectual property rights are reserved.

11.1 Personal-Use Licence

Unless a different licence is expressly provided, purchasing or downloading a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the product for your own personal or internal professional learning purposes.

Ownership of intellectual property is not transferred to the customer.

11.2 Prohibited Activities

Without our prior written authorisation, you must not:

  1. Resell or commercially distribute our digital products.

  2. Upload purchased materials to public file-sharing websites.

  3. Share individual-access course credentials with unauthorised users.

  4. Reproduce substantial portions of our materials for commercial exploitation.

  5. Remove copyright notices or misrepresent authorship.

  6. Present our proprietary materials as your own original work.

These restrictions do not prevent uses permitted by applicable copyright exceptions, statutory rights or a separate written licence.

11.3 Business and Institutional Licences

Organisations wishing to distribute materials to employees, students, clients or other third parties may need an institutional or commercial licence.

Please contact us to discuss the appropriate permission or licensing arrangement.

11.4 Protection of Name, Image, Voice and AI Likeness

Except with our prior written authorisation or where permitted by applicable law, customers and users must not use the name, photograph, image, voice, likeness, recordings or other identifiable personal attributes of Dr Claudia De Luca, or the identity and branding of ContentSpecialist or PERSONA Plus, to create or distribute deceptive impersonations, synthetic endorsements, voice clones, deepfakes or misleading AI-generated representations.

Prohibited activities may include:

  • Creating deceptive AI-generated videos, audio recordings or images impersonating Dr Claudia De Luca.

  • Cloning or synthetically reproducing her voice for misleading or unauthorised commercial purposes.

  • Creating false endorsements or promotional materials implying an association with our brands.

  • Using our branding or identifiable content to misrepresent authorship, sponsorship, approval or participation.

  • Using protected materials in AI systems in ways that infringe applicable intellectual property or other legal rights.

These restrictions do not prohibit lawful commentary, criticism, reporting, parody or other legally protected uses.

We reserve the right to pursue remedies available under applicable intellectual property, consumer protection, privacy, passing-off or other relevant laws.

12. Online Courses, Workshops and Educational Programmes

Our courses, workshops, webinars and masterclasses are designed to provide educational and professional development opportunities.

Product descriptions will specify relevant features, which may include:

  • Learning objectives and subject matter.

  • Delivery format.

  • Session dates or access periods.

  • Recorded or live participation.

  • Materials included.

  • Assessment or participation requirements, where applicable.

  • Any certificates or statements of participation offered.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, participation does not result in an accredited academic qualification, professional registration or government-recognised certification.

Any professional development certificate or completion document will be described accurately.

We may make reasonable changes to facilitators, schedules, delivery arrangements or learning activities where necessary.

Where a material change substantially affects the service purchased, customers will be offered an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.

13. Coaching, Mentoring and Consulting Services

We may offer individual or group coaching, mentoring, professional development and consulting services.

The scope of these services will be described in the relevant booking information, proposal or written agreement.

These services may involve career planning, leadership development, personal branding, business strategy, marketing, educational consulting or other professional topics.

13.1 Nature of Services

Our services are educational, advisory and developmental in nature.

They do not constitute medical treatment, psychological therapy, psychiatric treatment, legal advice, regulated financial advice or another licensed professional service unless expressly stated and provided by an appropriately qualified and authorised professional.

13.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions and implementation of recommendations.

Clients agree to provide relevant and accurate information and participate respectfully in agreed activities.

13.3 Results and Outcomes

We do not guarantee particular employment outcomes, salary increases, promotions, business revenue, personal transformation or other specific results.

Individual outcomes depend on factors including personal circumstances, experience, effort, market conditions and decisions made by third parties.

Any testimonials or examples represent individual experiences and do not constitute guarantees of future outcomes.

13.4 Additional Agreements

Specific consulting or coaching engagements may be governed by a separate written agreement covering deliverables, confidentiality, fees, intellectual property, scheduling and cancellation arrangements.

14. Live Appointments and Professional Services

At present, live appointments, individual coaching sessions, mentoring appointments and consulting bookings are not offered for direct purchase through our Stan Store.

Where these services are offered through our website, direct enquiries or another authorised booking process, their specific booking, payment, cancellation and rescheduling conditions will be communicated before the customer enters into a binding agreement.

Submission of an appointment request does not automatically guarantee acceptance or confirmation of the booking.

Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling conditions will be subject to relevant consumer protection laws.

15. Refunds, Cancellations and Consumer Rights

15.1 General Refund Policy

All purchases of digital products, including ebooks, downloadable guides, templates, digital publications, recorded educational materials and online courses, are generally considered final once the digital content has been supplied or access has been provided.

We do not offer voluntary refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to read product descriptions or a customer's decision not to use the purchased materials, except where otherwise expressly agreed.

This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any refund, cancellation, withdrawal or other consumer rights that apply under relevant legislation.

15.2 Australian Customers

Australian customers are protected by the Australian Consumer Law, including applicable consumer guarantees.

Where a digital product or service does not meet a statutory consumer guarantee, customers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair, cancellation, compensation or another remedy depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in our general no-change-of-mind-refund policy overrides these rights.

15.3 European Union Customers

EU consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights for qualifying distance purchases, including a withdrawal period of 14 days in many circumstances.

For digital content supplied immediately and not on a tangible medium, the statutory withdrawal right may be lost only where the applicable legal requirements are satisfied, including the customer's prior express consent to immediate performance, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right and any required contractual confirmation.

Where these requirements have not been satisfied, the customer may retain the applicable statutory withdrawal right.

Rights relating to faulty or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.

15.4 United Kingdom Customers

UK customers retain applicable rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For qualifying digital content, cancellation rights may be affected by immediate delivery only where the necessary consent, acknowledgement and confirmation requirements have been met.

Customers retain applicable statutory remedies for faulty or non-conforming digital content.

15.5 United States Customers

Purchases are generally final and non-refundable for change of mind, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable federal or state law or has been expressly offered.

Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

15.6 Canadian Customers

Purchases are generally final and non-refundable for change of mind, subject to applicable federal and provincial consumer protection laws.

Customers retain any statutory rights relating to online contract cancellation, non-delivery, misrepresentation, defective products or other legally recognised circumstances.

15.7 Customers in Other Countries

International customers retain any mandatory refund, withdrawal, cancellation or consumer guarantee rights provided by applicable local law.

Our general no-change-of-mind-refund policy applies only to the extent permitted by those laws.

15.8 Refund Enquiries

Customers who believe they are entitled to a refund or other statutory remedy may contact:

info@contentspecialist.com.au

Please include your name, order number or purchase confirmation, product purchased, purchase date and a description of the issue.

We will assess requests in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

16. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

Where we offer a subscription, membership or recurring-payment product, the relevant checkout page will disclose:

  • The amount and currency charged.

  • Billing frequency.

  • What is included.

  • The initial subscription period, if applicable.

  • Any automatic renewal arrangements.

  • How to cancel.

  • When cancellation takes effect.

  • Any legally required renewal notices or cancellation rights.

Recurring charges will not be imposed without the authorisation required by applicable law.

Customers may cancel subscriptions through the method specified at purchase or by contacting us where that method is available.

Cancellation will be processed in accordance with the disclosed terms and applicable consumer protection requirements.

This section applies only to products or services expressly offered on a recurring-payment basis.

17. Acceptable Conduct and Platform Use

Customers and users agree not to:

  1. Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities.

  2. Interfere with website security or functionality.

  3. Attempt unauthorised access to accounts or restricted content.

  4. Distribute malware or harmful software.

  5. Harass, threaten or abuse our staff, facilitators or other participants.

  6. Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

  7. Misuse purchased materials contrary to their licence.

We may take reasonable and proportionate action in response to serious violations, including restricting access or terminating participation where legally permitted.

Any restriction or termination will be subject to applicable contractual and consumer rights.

17.1 Fair Suspension and Termination Procedures

Where a customer materially breaches these Terms, we may provide written notice identifying the concern and, where reasonable, an opportunity of at least five business days to respond or remedy the breach.

Serious fraud, threats, unlawful redistribution of protected materials, significant security risks or other urgent misconduct may justify immediate proportionate protective action.

Before restricting or terminating access, we will consider the seriousness of the conduct, relevant contractual obligations and applicable consumer rights.

Termination does not extinguish accrued statutory remedies, lawful refund entitlements or obligations that by their nature continue, including confidentiality and intellectual property obligations.

18. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Our products and services may be delivered or supported through third-party platforms, including Stan Store, payment providers, video-conferencing services, learning platforms and social media networks.

These providers may have their own terms, privacy policies and technical requirements.

We are not responsible for the independent actions or services of third parties outside our reasonable control.

However, we remain responsible for our own contractual and statutory obligations to customers, including where applicable law makes us responsible for goods or services supplied through third-party platforms.

Customers should review relevant third-party terms when using those services.

19. Privacy and Personal Information

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Information may be collected when customers:

  • Download free resources.

  • Make purchases.

  • Register for courses or events.

  • Subscribe to marketing communications.

  • Book coaching or consulting services.

  • Contact us.

  • Interact with our websites or digital storefront.

Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of personal information collected, purposes of processing, relevant service providers, international transfers, retention practices and available privacy rights.

Our Privacy Policy is provided separately and may be made available through our website or Stan Store.

Acceptance of these Terms does not replace separate consent where consent is legally required for a specific data-processing or marketing activity.

20. Educational and Professional Disclaimers

Our content is intended for general information, education and professional development.

Although we aim to provide accurate and useful information, we do not warrant that every resource will be suitable for every individual's circumstances.

Career, business, leadership and personal development decisions should be made with consideration of individual circumstances and, where appropriate, independent professional advice.

We do not guarantee employment, promotion, business profitability, investment returns, academic success or any other specific result.

References to neuroscience, psychology, wellbeing or behaviour are provided for general educational purposes unless a service is expressly described otherwise.

Such information is not a substitute for individual assessment or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for misleading representations, failure to exercise legally required care and skill, or other liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Artificial Intelligence, Academic Integrity and Responsible Use

21.1 Use of Artificial Intelligence in Our Products and Services

ContentSpecialist, PERSONA Plus and Dr Claudia De Luca may use artificial intelligence (AI) and other digital technologies to support certain aspects of content development, research assistance, editing, design, administration, educational activities and service delivery.

Where AI-assisted tools are used, we aim to apply appropriate human oversight, professional judgement and quality-control processes.

Although we endeavour to provide accurate, relevant and reliable information, AI-assisted content may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies or outdated information.

Customers are encouraged to exercise independent judgement and verify information before relying on it for important academic, professional, business, financial or personal decisions.

We do not guarantee that AI-assisted content will be entirely error-free or suitable for every individual circumstance.

Nothing in this section excludes any applicable statutory consumer guarantees or remedies.

21.2 Intellectual Property and AI-Generated Reproduction

Unless expressly authorised in writing or permitted by applicable law, customers must not use our proprietary materials to:

  1. Train, fine-tune or develop commercial AI models or datasets.

  2. Reproduce, substantially replicate or commercially redistribute our copyrighted materials through generative AI systems.

  3. Create and distribute unauthorised derivative products that reproduce protected elements of our materials.

  4. Upload confidential, restricted or licensed materials to public AI platforms where doing so would breach intellectual property, confidentiality or contractual obligations.

  5. Misrepresent AI-generated reproductions of our content as independently developed original work.

These restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable intellectual property, contract and consumer protection laws.

21.3 Plagiarism and Academic Integrity

Our educational materials are intended to support learning, professional development and the ethical application of knowledge.

Customers, learners and participants must not present our copyrighted materials, original frameworks, written content or other protected works as their own original creations without appropriate attribution or permission.

Where our resources are used in academic or professional settings, users are responsible for complying with the academic integrity, citation, referencing and AI-use requirements of their institution, employer or professional organisation.

Plagiarism, contract cheating, unauthorised reproduction and deliberate misrepresentation of authorship are not permitted in connection with our educational programmes or services.

21.4 Responsible Use of AI by Customers

Customers may use AI tools to support their personal learning and understanding of our educational materials, provided that such use:

  • Complies with applicable law and these Terms.

  • Does not infringe our intellectual property rights.

  • Does not involve unauthorised redistribution of protected materials.

  • Respects confidentiality and privacy obligations.

  • Complies with relevant academic or professional integrity requirements.

Using AI tools for personal learning does not automatically grant permission to reproduce, publish, resell or commercially exploit our proprietary content.

21.5 No Guarantee of AI Detection or Originality Assessments

We do not guarantee that AI-detection, plagiarism-detection or automated originality assessment tools are fully accurate or capable of conclusively determining whether content was created by a human or an AI system.

Any such tools used in our educational or consulting activities will be treated as supporting indicators rather than definitive proof of misconduct.

Where an assessment of suspected misconduct is undertaken as part of a service, we will apply appropriate professional judgement and any applicable procedural requirements.

21.6 Professional and Educational Responsibility

Customers remain responsible for how they use information, recommendations, templates, learning materials and AI-assisted outputs provided through our products or services.

Our educational resources do not replace independent professional advice or institutional requirements.

We are not responsible for a customer's independent plagiarism, academic misconduct, unauthorised AI use or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights or our legal responsibility for the products and services we supply.

22. Testimonials and Customer Feedback

We may publish testimonials, reviews and feedback where we have an appropriate legal basis and any necessary permission.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed outcomes.

We will not knowingly publish materially misleading testimonials or misrepresent the nature of customer experiences.

Customers who provide feedback retain any rights that cannot lawfully be transferred or waived.

Any licence to reproduce customer-submitted content will be limited to the permissions expressly provided or otherwise lawfully obtained.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from a customer's independent decisions where no legal responsibility attaches to us.

We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses to the extent that such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies:

  • Mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies.

  • Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Liability for death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited.

  • Liability arising from wilful misconduct where exclusion is prohibited.

  • Any other right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where applicable law permits a limitation of liability, any limitation will operate only to the extent legally enforceable.

These Terms do not impose a blanket financial cap on statutory consumer remedies.

24. Limited Customer Indemnification

To the extent lawful and reasonable, a customer acting in a business capacity agrees to reimburse us for direct, reasonably foreseeable losses and reasonable external costs finally determined or agreed to arise from that customer's:

  • Deliberate unlawful redistribution of our protected materials.

  • Fraudulent conduct.

  • Infringement of third-party rights in content supplied by that customer.

This obligation does not apply to losses caused or contributed to by our negligence, breach of contract, unlawful conduct or failure to meet statutory obligations.

We will take reasonable steps to mitigate losses.

This provision does not require consumers to indemnify us merely for using a product, making a complaint or exercising legal rights.

Any indemnification obligation is subject to applicable unfair contract terms legislation and other mandatory legal protections.

25. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Such events may include natural disasters, significant infrastructure failures, government restrictions, major platform outages or other exceptional circumstances.

Where an event affects service delivery, we will take reasonable steps to communicate with affected customers and provide appropriate alternatives or remedies.

This provision does not remove mandatory rights to cancellation, refunds or other remedies.

26. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you experience a problem with a purchase, product or service, please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.

Email: info@contentspecialist.com.au

Please provide sufficient information to identify the transaction and explain your concern.

We will review complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Customers retain the right to seek assistance from applicable consumer protection authorities, regulators, courts or legally available dispute-resolution bodies.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

27. Governing Law and International Consumer Protections

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

Where a customer resides outside Australia, this governing-law provision does not deprive that customer of mandatory protections that apply under the laws of their country or region.

In particular, consumers in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada and other jurisdictions may retain non-waivable statutory rights concerning purchases, digital content, distance contracts, unfair contract terms and consumer remedies.

Any dispute-resolution or jurisdictional arrangements will apply only to the extent permitted by the laws governing the relevant transaction.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to surrender the protection of mandatory local laws or prevents them from bringing proceedings in a court where they have a non-waivable legal right to do so.

28. Affiliate Marketing, Sponsorships and Third-Party Recommendations

We may receive fees, commissions, products, services or other benefits in connection with sponsored content, affiliate links, referrals, promotional partnerships or commercial collaborations.

Where required by applicable advertising, consumer protection or platform rules, we will clearly and prominently disclose material commercial relationships.

Relevant disclosures should appear alongside the recommendation, endorsement or advertisement and not solely within these Terms.

References to third-party products, services, tools or platforms do not automatically constitute a guarantee of quality, suitability, availability or results.

Third-party products and services may be subject to their own terms, conditions and privacy policies.

Nothing in this section removes our responsibility for representations we make or any obligations imposed by applicable consumer protection legislation.

29. Community Participation and User-Generated Content

Where we provide online forums, course discussion areas, membership communities, social media groups, comments or similar interactive features, participants are expected to communicate respectfully and responsibly.

Participants must not:

  1. Harass, bully, threaten or discriminate against other participants.

  2. Share another person's confidential or private information without authorisation.

  3. Publish unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.

  4. Engage in spam or excessive unsolicited commercial promotion.

  5. Impersonate another individual or organisation.

  6. Interfere with platform security or functionality.

Participants retain ownership of their original submissions.

By submitting content to a community feature, participants grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce and display that content for the period reasonably necessary to operate and moderate the relevant community.

Separate permission will be sought before identifiable customer submissions are used for advertising or testimonials where legally required.

We may moderate, restrict or remove content and take proportionate action against serious misconduct, subject to applicable law.

We do not guarantee continuous monitoring of all community content but will respond reasonably to reports of misuse.

30. Accessibility and Reasonable Accommodations

We aim to make our digital content, communications and educational services reasonably accessible.

Where practicable, customers and participants may request alternative formats, reasonable adjustments or accessibility assistance by contacting:

info@contentspecialist.com.au

We will consider requests individually, taking into account the nature of the service, available technology, feasibility and applicable legal obligations.

We do not represent that every third-party platform or resource satisfies a particular accessibility standard unless expressly verified and stated.

Nothing in this section limits rights under applicable disability discrimination, accessibility or consumer protection legislation.

31. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, technology, operating practices or legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be published on our website or relevant digital storefront with a revised effective date.

Changes will generally apply prospectively.

Where an existing contract is affected by a proposed material change, we will provide any notice, choice or consent required by the agreement or applicable law.

We will not use changes to these Terms to retrospectively remove accrued consumer rights or impose unlawful contractual obligations.

32. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or severed to the minimum extent necessary, where legally permitted.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent that they remain lawful and enforceable.

33. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the relevant product description, applicable booking or service agreement, and any other terms expressly incorporated into the transaction, constitute the agreement governing the relevant purchase or service.

Nothing in this section excludes representations, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights arising from misleading or deceptive conduct.

We may process information where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, investigate suspected misconduct or protect the rights, safety and security of customers, participants and the Business.

6. Legal Bases for Processing Personal Information

8. Email Marketing and Consent

8.1 Voluntary Subscription

Individuals may choose to subscribe to newsletters and promotional communications.

These records may be used to demonstrate compliance and manage communication preferences.

8.3 Unsubscribing

Individuals may unsubscribe using the mechanism included in promotional communications or by contacting:

info@contentspecialist.com.au

We will process unsubscribe requests in accordance with applicable law.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily prevent essential transactional communications relating to an existing purchase or requested service.

8.4 Email Service Providers

We may use authorised third-party email marketing or communication platforms to manage mailing lists, deliver newsletters and maintain consent preferences.

The specific provider and its data-processing arrangements will depend on the systems implemented by the Business.

We will use such providers in accordance with applicable privacy and marketing requirements.

Cloud services: Cloud-based systems may be used for document management, information storage and business administration. Specific service providers will be identified where necessary once their configurations have been confirmed.

These providers may process personal information to the extent necessary for the services they provide, subject to their applicable contractual terms and privacy arrangements.

We do not ordinarily collect or store complete customer payment card information ourselves. Payment details are processed through the relevant authorised payment provider.

We do not sell customer personal information or contact lists to third-party data brokers.

10. International Data Storage and Transfers

Our Business is established and operated in Sydney, Australia.

Customer information may be collected, accessed or maintained through our Australian business operations.

However, some third-party services, including Stan Store, Stripe, OpenAI and cloud-based service providers, may store, process or access information outside Australia.

Depending on the provider and its infrastructure, international processing may occur in the United States or other countries.

We will take reasonable steps to understand our providers' information-handling practices and comply with applicable requirements concerning international disclosures and transfers.

Where applicable law requires identification of the countries in which overseas recipients are likely to be located, we will provide that information where practicable.

We do not represent that all customer information is stored exclusively within Australia.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our products and services, administer customer relationships, comply with legal obligations and resolve legitimate business matters.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.

Transaction, invoice and accounting information will be retained for applicable statutory recordkeeping periods.

Marketing information may be retained while a person remains subscribed, together with limited records needed to honour unsubscribe requests and demonstrate compliance.

Coaching, consulting and customer documents will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the agreed service, relevant follow-up requirements and any applicable legal obligations.

Information processed through third-party platforms may also be subject to those providers' retention policies.

When personal information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to securely delete, destroy or de-identify it where required by applicable law.

12. Website Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Technologies

At the date of this Policy, we have not intentionally installed additional advertising pixels or third-party marketing tracking codes on www.contentspecialist.co or our Stan Store.

Our website and digital storefront may nevertheless use essential cookies, security technologies or other technical mechanisms provided by their underlying platforms.

These may support website functionality, security, session management, payment processing and digital product delivery.

We may introduce analytics, advertising or conversion-tracking technologies in the future.

Before implementing non-essential tracking technologies, we will assess applicable privacy and consent requirements and update our website disclosures and consent arrangements where necessary.

Further information is available in our separate Cookie Policy.

13. Social Media and Third-Party Websites

We may maintain professional or business accounts on social media and other third-party platforms.

Interactions with those platforms may be governed by the platform provider's own privacy policy and terms.

Our website or content may contain links to third-party websites, products or services.

We are not responsible for independent third-party privacy practices outside our control.

We encourage visitors to review relevant third-party privacy notices before providing personal information.

14. Artificial Intelligence and Customer Information

We use ChatGPT, provided by OpenAI, to assist with selected professional, educational and business activities.

These activities may include research assistance, content development, editing, preparation of educational resources, business administration and other appropriate professional tasks.

Where information is submitted to ChatGPT, it may be processed through OpenAI's systems in accordance with the applicable service terms, privacy policies, account settings and data-processing arrangements.

We aim to minimise the amount of identifiable personal information submitted to external AI services.

Where reasonably practicable, customer information should be anonymised or de-identified before being used with AI-assisted technologies.

We will assess the appropriateness of submitting confidential or sensitive customer information to external AI services and obtain consent where legally required.

AI-assisted outputs are subject to appropriate human judgement and review.

We do not use ChatGPT as a substitute for independent professional judgement when providing our services.

We do not intend to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. If such processes are introduced, we will assess and disclose them in accordance with applicable law.

15. Recordings, Testimonials and Promotional Content

We may conduct live or recorded educational sessions, webinars, workshops and professional development activities.

Where recording is planned, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required.

Recordings may include participants' names, images, voices, comments or questions depending on the format and settings.

We will explain any intended external publication or promotional use where required.

Testimonials, customer photographs, identifiable feedback and other customer-generated content will not be used in advertising without an appropriate legal basis and any required permission.

Permission for promotional use may be withdrawn where applicable law or the relevant agreement allows, although withdrawal may not affect lawful processing that occurred before withdrawal.

  • Request access to personal information held about them.

  • Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information.

18. United States Privacy Rights

Individuals residing in the United States may have additional privacy rights under applicable federal or state laws.

Depending on the jurisdiction, the nature of our activities and the relevant legal thresholds, these may include rights to access, correct or delete personal information, obtain information about certain disclosures or opt out of qualifying data uses.

We will assess requests in accordance with laws applicable to our Business.

This Policy does not imply that every US state privacy statute necessarily applies to our operations.

19. Canadian Privacy Rights

Where applicable Canadian privacy legislation governs our processing activities, individuals may have rights relating to access, correction, consent, withdrawal of consent and complaints.

We will assess requests in accordance with the relevant federal or provincial requirements.

Withdrawal of consent may be subject to applicable legal or contractual restrictions.

20. Children's Privacy

Our products and services are primarily intended for adults and individuals seeking educational, professional or personal development.

We do not intentionally design our general digital storefront to collect personal information directly from young children without any parental or guardian authorisation required by applicable law.

Where a product or service is specifically intended for minors, additional privacy notices, consent arrangements or safeguards may apply.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected in circumstances that breach applicable children's privacy requirements, we will take appropriate steps to address the matter.
