5. Coaching Appointments
Clients are responsible for selecting the correct appointment date and time when booking a session.
Please arrive prepared and available at the scheduled appointment time.
If you need to reschedule, please provide reasonable advance notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Missed appointments or appointments canceled without sufficient notice may be considered forfeited and may not be eligible for a refund.
If Coach Kimmy needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, reasonable efforts will be made to notify the client and provide an alternative appointment time.
6. No Guaranteed Results
Personal development and coaching outcomes vary from person to person.
Purchasing a coaching session, book, workbook or other resource does not guarantee any particular personal, relationship, financial, professional, emotional or spiritual result.
Your results depend on many factors including your individual circumstances, participation, choices and implementation of the information provided.
