YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OR DEFAULT OF THIS AGREEMENT BY THE ORACLE ACADEMY OR WEBSITE OWNER SHALL BE A RETURN OF ANY FEES PAID TO THE ORACLE ACADEMY DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
5. INDEMNIFICATION.
You indemnify and agree to defend and hold harmless The Oracle Academy, Website Owner, its and their officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees and web hosting services and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including but not limited to court costs, legal fees, awards or settlements) relating to or arising out of your use of theoracleoftruth.org, including any breach by you of the Terms contained in this Agreement.

By purchasing digital products from The Oracle Academy ("Company," "we," "us"), you ("Buyer," "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Purchase. Please read them carefully before completing your order.
1. PRODUCTS.
The Oracle Academy sells courses, templates, kits, coaching done for you services ("Products"). All Products are delivered digitally. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that delivery is immediate upon purchase or upon the scheduled release date.
2. LICENSE.
Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, single-use license for personal use only. You may NOT share, resell, redistribute, give away, or claim ownership of purchased Products. Each purchase grants one (1) license to one (1) individual. If you are found in violation of this license, your access will be immediately revoked without refund, and you may be charged for any additional unauthorized licenses distributed.
You may not create derivative works based on the Products. You may not remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Products.
3. BONUSES & PROMOTIONS.
The Oracle Academy may, from time to time, offer varying promotions, discounts, and bonus materials. The availability, nature, and terms of such promotions are subject to change at the sole discretion of The Oracle Academy. No Buyer is entitled to promotions or bonuses offered during a different purchase period.
4. REGISTERED USERS.
If you create an account in connection with your purchase, you are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. Sharing account access constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. PAYMENT PLANS.
If you select a payment plan, you authorize The Oracle Academy to charge your selected payment method for the remaining balance according to the installment schedule presented at checkout. A payment plan is a financing arrangement — it does not reduce the total price owed.
If a scheduled payment fails, The Oracle Academy reserves the right to suspend your access to the Product until the account is brought current. Continued failure to pay may result in termination of access and pursuit of the remaining balance through collection efforts.
6. METHODS OF PAYMENT.
Payments are processed by Stripe. The Oracle Academy accepts credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. The Oracle Academy does not store your payment card information directly.
Charges will appear on your statement as "TheOracleAcademy, CoachministerLali".
7. REFUND POLICY.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of these Products, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted or the Product has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
8. PRIVATE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES.
Your purchase may include access to a private community hosted on SKOOL. By joining, you agree to the following:
• No stalking, bullying, intimidation, or harassment of any member.
• No spamming, soliciting, or promoting your own products/services without express permission.
• No impersonating The Oracle Academy, its staff, or other members.
• No interfering with or disrupting the community experience for other members.
• No sharing of private community content outside the group.
Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the community without refund. The Oracle Academy reserves the right to close the community at any time with at least 30 days' notice.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY.
Discussions, strategies, and personal information shared within the community or during group sessions are confidential. You agree not to share, screenshot, or distribute private content from the community without the express written consent of The Oracle Academy and the individuals involved.
10. RECORDING & REDISTRIBUTION OF CALLS.
By participating in any live call, group coaching session, or recorded event, you acknowledge and agree that The Oracle Academy may record the session. These recordings may be used, edited, repurposed, and redistributed at The Oracle Academy's sole discretion — including for marketing, future product content, or resale — without additional compensation to you.
11. RELEASE.
By participating in any live or recorded session, you grant The Oracle Academy permission to use your name, likeness, voice, statements, image, and biographical information in connection with the program and its promotion. You release The Oracle Academy from all claims arising from such use.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
All Products, content, and materials sold by The Oracle Academy are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Oracle Academy is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Products.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of the Products — including sharing with third parties, posting online, or creating derivative works — constitutes infringement and will result in automatic termination of your license without refund. The Oracle Academy reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for infringement.
13. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER.
The Oracle Academy makes no representations or warranties regarding potential earnings or income. Any examples of income or results are not guarantees. Your results depend on your own effort, business acumen, and numerous other factors. You accept the risk that earnings and income statements differ by individual.
