PAYMENT
You agree to pay the purchase price for the agreed timeframe of product purchase and not to cancel this transaction with your bank or credit card COMPANY. DeidreToppsFitness Program is not responsible for any overdraft charges, over-limit charges, or NSF fees by your bank or credit card COMPANY. Missed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services. If after 7 days from missed payment, you have not made arrangements with Deidre Topps to make up the payment, your Services will be cancelled, and no fees will be refunded.
REFUND POLICY
All purchases are non-refundable. I agree all sales are final after purchase & I agree I will not contact my credit card COMPANY to the stop payment process WITHIN contract times agreed on. If I have any issues, I will make an appointment to speak directly with Deidre Topps.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Client releases Deidre Topps from any liability for injury or loss resulting directly or indirectly from the Services. Client acknowledges that he or she is reliable for creating their own safe work environment and it is up to the client to make sure their doctor or medical professional has given a clear approval for a fitness regimen.
NO TRANSFER
This agreement is for the above Plan. This transaction is not transferable to other plans or products serviced by Deidre Topps Fitness.
PHOTOS-Applies to Transformation Client Only-

When asked please take front, side and back pictures in a sports bra or tank top and fitted shorts. You are welcome to cut out or keep the face shown. Please know the pictures before and after can and will be used for promotional use. Names not revealed
