Throughout November and December, we'll work together across 6 private development sessions, focused entirely on your trading system, your current challenges, and the areas that need the most attention.

All content provided by Coney Capital, including but not limited to Discord discussions, coaching calls, digital products, educational materials, videos, market commentary, and community content, is provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing provided by Coney Capital should be interpreted as financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

2. No Financial Advice

Coney Capital is an educational business.

We do not:

• Manage client funds
• Execute trades on your behalf
• Provide personalized investment recommendations
• Guarantee trading profits
• Recommend the purchase or sale of any financial instrument

All trading involves substantial risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial markets carries significant risk.

4. No Guarantees

Coney Capital makes no guarantees regarding:

• Profitability
• Trading performance
• Income
• Account growth
• Funding success
• Consistency of results

Individual results vary based on experience, execution, discipline, risk management, and market conditions.

5. Digital Products & Courses

All digital products, ebooks, educational materials, templates, downloads, and online courses are delivered digitally.

Because digital content cannot be returned:

All digital product and course sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once access has been granted.

6. Discord Memberships

Discord memberships operate on a recurring monthly subscription unless otherwise stated.

By subscribing, you authorize Coney Capital to charge your selected payment method automatically on each renewal date until your subscription is canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not generate refunds for payments already processed.

No refunds are provided for:

• Monthly memberships
• Partial months
• Missed usage
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Removal due to rule violations

7. Coaching Calls

Private coaching sessions must be scheduled according to availability.

If you cannot attend your scheduled session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.

Failure to attend without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.

8. Community Standards

Members agree to maintain a respectful and professional environment.

The following may result in immediate removal without refund:

• Harassment
• Hate speech
• Discrimination
• Spam
• Sharing copyrighted content
• Unauthorized advertising
• Sharing paid community content outside Coney Capital
• Disruptive or abusive behavior

We reserve the right to remove members at our sole discretion to protect the community.

9. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Coney Capital remains the exclusive intellectual property of Coney Capital.

This includes but is not limited to:

• PDFs
• Courses
• Videos
• Charts
• Educational content
• Discord content
• Coaching materials
• Frameworks
• Written material

Content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, sold, recorded, or shared without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coney Capital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Trading losses
• Investment decisions
• Technical issues
• Platform outages
• Community interactions
• Use of educational materials

Your use of our products and services is entirely at your own risk.

11. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Memberships are intended for individual use only and may not be shared.

Unauthorized account sharing may result in termination without refund.

12. Modifications

Coney Capital reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of our products or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Acceptance
