You’ll move through a series of intentional prompts and exercises designed to help you process what’s been sitting with you and uncover what’s beneath the surface.

We begin by looking inward, exploring your thoughts, patterns, and internal narrative. Then we expand outward through a personal 360 exercise, giving you perspective on how others experience you.
Go at Your Own Pace
This is not meant to be rushed. You can move through it in one sitting or come back to it over time, allowing space for reflection as things unfold.
