Understanding Neurodivergence: From Awareness to Action
Understanding Neurodivergence: From Awareness to Action
Professional Coaching & Development Package
Learn how to better support neurodivergent clients, students, and employees, communicate more effectively, and create environments where different minds can thrive.
Many professionals work with ADHD and autistic individuals without receiving practical training in neurodivergence. This program bridges that gap with personalized coaching, practical strategies, and tools you can apply directly to your work.
Meet Your Coach
I'm Courtney Gagnon, a certified neurodivergent coach, writer, workplace consultant, and former university professor. My background includes teaching writing, business communication, and research, along with helping neurodivergent adults navigate careers, money, and burnout.
I was diagnosed with ADHD and autism as an adult, and I'm also a parent of three autistic children. I combine professional experience with lived experience to help people understand neurodivergence beyond the stereotypes and translate that understanding into meaningful, practical support.
