My daughter has always been a terrible sleeper, but this week she has been having a hard time winding down at night. We did the car wash activity from sleepy squares and she started rubbing her eyes and she went to bed easily at her normal time. We didn't even have to go in during the middle of the night to help her get back to sleep!
