Welcome to Cpillah. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any digital product from this store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Cpillah offers digital products including, but not limited to:
Printable wall art
Original travel photography
Digital artwork
Wall art collections and bundles
Phone wallpapers
Printable image files
eBooks, guides, and other digital resources that may be added in the future
All products sold through this store are digital products unless specifically stated otherwise.
No physical product, printed artwork, frame, canvas, or other physical item will be shipped to you.
After completing your purchase, you will receive access to the digital files associated with the product you purchased.
2. COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
Unless otherwise stated, the original photographs featured in Cpillah products were personally photographed by Christine Pillah during her travels.
These original photographs, associated artwork, edited compositions, digital designs, product presentations, and downloadable files remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright owner and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a digital product from Cpillah does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork to the purchaser.
You are purchasing a limited license to use the files according to these Terms & Conditions.
All rights not expressly granted to the purchaser remain reserved.

3. PERSONAL-USE LICENSE
Unless a product specifically states that a commercial license is included, all Cpillah digital products are sold for personal use only.
You may:
Download the purchased files for your personal use.
Print the artwork for yourself.
Display printed artwork in your home, personal office, bedroom, or other personal space.
Use designated phone-wallpaper files on your personal devices.
Print the artwork through a professional printing service solely for your own personal use.
Give a personally printed copy as a personal gift, provided the digital file itself is not distributed.
Purchasing a product does not give you permission to commercially reproduce or distribute the artwork.
4. PROHIBITED USE
You may not, without prior written permission from Cpillah:
Resell the digital files.
Redistribute or share the downloadable files with another person.
Upload the files to another website for others to download.
Sell printed copies of the artwork.
Use the artwork in products you sell.
Use the artwork for commercial advertising or branding.
Upload the artwork to print-on-demand websites.
Upload the files to marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Creative Market, or similar platforms for resale.
Repackage the files into another digital product or bundle.
Claim the photographs or artwork as your own.
Remove copyright notices for the purpose of claiming ownership.
Copy, reproduce, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the files.
Use the photographs or artwork to create NFTs, tokens, or other blockchain-based products.
Use the files as stock photography or stock artwork.
Transfer your purchase or license to another person or business.
Make the files available through file-sharing websites, social-media groups, membership sites, or shared drives.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may constitute copyright infringement.
5. DIGITAL WALL ART FILES & SIZES
Certain wall-art products may include multiple digital ratios or formats, such as:

3:4 Portrait
4:5 Portrait
11:14
A-Series
Square 1:1
Landscape 3:2
Phone Wallpaper 9:16
The exact formats included will be identified in each product description.
Not every file is intended for every possible print size. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate ratio and print size for their intended use.
6. BUNDLES & COLLECTIONS
Some products may contain multiple artworks or multiple file formats packaged together as a bundle or collection.
Purchasing a bundle gives you a personal-use license for the files included in that bundle.
A bundle purchase does not give you the right to:
Separate and resell individual files.
Repackage the collection.
Share files with friends, family members, clients, or other purchasers.
Use the files commercially unless an applicable commercial license has been purchased separately.
Each purchase is licensed to the original purchaser only.
7. PRINTING DISCLAIMER
Digital images may appear slightly different when printed because of differences in:
Computer monitors
Mobile-device screens
Printers
Paper types
Ink
Printing services
Color settings
Display brightness
Cpillah cannot guarantee that every printer or printing provider will reproduce colors exactly as they appear on your screen.
For best results, customers should use a reputable professional printing service and select the appropriate file ratio for their desired print dimensions.
8. MOCKUPS & PRODUCT IMAGES
Frames, furniture, rooms, accessories, décor, and other items displayed in product mockups are for presentation purposes only.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, they are not included with your purchase.
Your purchase includes only the digital files described on the applicable product page.
9. DIGITAL DOWNLOAD DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when completing their purchase.
Digital products are generally made available electronically after successful payment.
You are responsible for:
Downloading your purchased files.
Saving a backup copy.
Using a compatible device and software.
Maintaining access to the email address associated with your purchase.
If you experience a legitimate problem accessing your purchased files, please contact Cpillah for assistance.
10. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Refunds will not normally be issued because:
You changed your mind.
You purchased the wrong size or ratio.
You no longer want the product.
Your printer produced colors differently.
You did not read the product description before purchasing.
You expected a physical product when the listing clearly identified the item as digital.
However, if you receive:
An incorrect file,
A corrupted file,
A duplicate purchase caused by a technical issue, or
A file that materially differs from the product description,
please contact Cpillah so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
11. UNAUTHORIZED SHARING
Each digital purchase is intended for the purchaser only.
Please do not forward purchased files by email, upload them to shared drives, share them through messaging applications, or distribute them through social media or online communities.
If another person would like to use the artwork, they should purchase their own copy or obtain permission from Cpillah.
12. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
Cpillah takes the protection of original photography and creative work seriously.
If Cpillah artwork, photographs, or digital files are reproduced, distributed, sold, or otherwise used without authorization, Cpillah reserves the right to take appropriate steps to protect its intellectual property, which may include:
Requesting removal of unauthorized content.
Submitting copyright or intellectual-property complaints to hosting platforms.
Requesting marketplace takedowns.
Seeking other remedies available under applicable law.
If you believe Cpillah content has been used without authorization, please contact Cpillah with the relevant information.
13. COMMERCIAL USE
A standard purchase does not include commercial-use rights.
If you would like to use Cpillah photography or artwork for:
Business décor projects
Commercial publications
Marketing campaigns
Product packaging
Merchandise
Advertising
Resale
Print-on-demand products
Licensing arrangements
you must obtain separate written permission or a commercial license from Cpillah before use.
14. ALTERATIONS & DERIVATIVE WORKS
You may make reasonable changes needed for your personal display, such as resizing the artwork or adjusting it for a frame.
However, modifying the artwork does not give you ownership or copyright over the resulting version.
You may not substantially alter the files and then sell, distribute, license, or claim the modified version as your own creation.
15. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Information submitted during checkout may be processed for purposes including:
Completing your purchase
Delivering your digital product
Customer support
Transaction administration
Communications you have agreed to receive
Transactions and account-related information may also be processed by Stan and applicable payment providers according to their own policies.
Cpillah does not claim ownership of payment information processed directly by third-party payment providers.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
This store operates using third-party platforms and services, which may include Stan and payment-processing providers.
Cpillah is not responsible for temporary interruptions, outages, technical problems, or changes caused by third-party platforms beyond Cpillah's reasonable control.
17. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & CHANGES
Cpillah may:
Add or remove products.
Change pricing.
Update product descriptions.
Improve or replace digital files.
Create new bundles.
Run promotions or discounts.
Update these Terms & Conditions.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
A later sale or promotional price does not create an entitlement to a refund of the difference on an earlier purchase.
18. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Before purchasing, customers should carefully review:
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the relevant product information.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cpillah will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use a digital product.
Cpillah is not responsible for problems caused by:
Customer printing equipment
Third-party printing services
Incorrect file selection
Incompatible software
Device limitations
Customer modification of files
Loss of files after successful download
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
20. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Artwork and digital products are provided for decorative, inspirational, educational, or personal-use purposes depending on the applicable listing.
Cpillah does not guarantee any particular personal, financial, business, wellness, or other result from purchasing or using a digital product.
21. AGE & AUTHORITY
By purchasing from this store, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
22. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Cpillah may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to products, business practices, or applicable requirements.
The version displayed on the store at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
