General Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before purchasing. These terms apply to products, digital downloads, classes, memberships, and services sold by Create with Cyrill and SFM Academy, operated by Coach Cyrill (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Details disclosed on the applicable product page and at checkout form part of your purchase agreement. If those details conflict with these general terms, the specific purchase terms control, subject to applicable law.
Products & services. Your purchase includes only the products, services, resources, and access expressly described at checkout. Photos and mockups may illustrate sample projects rather than physical items included with your purchase. Supplies, equipment, software, subscriptions, and finished products are included only when expressly stated. Unannounced bonuses are not guaranteed.
Prices & payment. Prices, payment schedules, and any recurring charges will be disclosed before purchase. A one-time purchase does not enroll you in a recurring paid subscription. Prices may change for future purchases without changing an existing purchase agreement. Provide accurate payment and contact information. Do not submit payment information you are not authorized to use.
Delivery & account access. Delivery methods and access timelines vary by product and will be stated in the listing, checkout information, or confirmation message. Digital products may be delivered through a download, email, classroom, or community platform. Check your spam folder and contact support if delivery or access is missing. Unless otherwise stated, each purchase permits access by one participant. Do not share login credentials, private invitations, or paid access links.
Classes, events & appointments. Class dates, times, project details, preparation requirements, and appointment cancellation rules will be disclosed with the applicable offer. Participants are responsible for obtaining required supplies, compatible equipment, software, and internet access. Follow manufacturers’ instructions and safety precautions. Individual appointments are included only when expressly stated.
Replays & access duration. Replays are included only when advertised. Availability, posting timelines, and access duration follow the applicable product description. For classes advertised as providing replay access while the SFM Academy Skool community is active, access continues only while that community remains active. Lifetime access is not promised unless expressly stated and defined in the offer.
Refunds & cancellations. Except where a product’s disclosed policy provides otherwise or applicable law requires a remedy, digital downloads and online training purchases are final and non-refundable for change of mind, participant cancellation, or missed attendance. If we cannot deliver a purchased product or service, we will provide a replacement acceptable to you or refund the undelivered portion. If we cancel a class without providing a replacement, registration payments will be refunded. If we reschedule a class, participants unable to attend may request a refund before the replacement session. Any physical products will have shipping, return, and cancellation terms disclosed before purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights concerning defective, misdescribed, or undelivered purchases or other protections required by law.
Memberships & recurring services. Any recurring offer will disclose its price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method before enrollment. Recurring charges require your affirmative consent. Cancellation takes effect as described in the offer, subject to applicable law. You may cancel through the method provided with your subscription or contact support for assistance. A one-time class purchase does not create a recurring membership.
Digital content & permitted use. Unless a product expressly includes a different license, purchased downloads and instructional materials are licensed to the purchaser for individual use and are not sold with redistribution rights. Do not copy, resell, sublicense, upload, distribute, give away, post as a freebie, or share paid recordings, lessons, files, or resources without written permission, except as permitted by law. Downloads expressly included with a purchase may be saved for the permitted use. You may apply skills learned to personal projects or products for sale. Commercial use of particular designs, fonts, images, templates, and other assets depends on the license supplied with those assets. Purchasing a class does not grant commercial rights to third-party content.
Your submissions. You retain ownership of your original projects, photos, comments, and other submissions. Sharing them in a classroom or community permits us to display them there as needed to operate that service; it does not transfer ownership to us. Submit only content you have permission to share. Separate permission will be requested before using your identifiable work, image, voice, or testimonial in promotional materials.
Recording. Some live sessions may be recorded when disclosed with the offer. Before recording begins, participants will receive notice and be asked for consent where required by law. Display names, chat messages, voices, and video may appear in recordings when those features are used. Participants may keep cameras and microphones off, use a non-identifying display name, and avoid sharing personal information. Do not independently record or redistribute sessions or other participants’ personal information without the required permission.
Community conduct. Treat instructors, staff, and participants respectfully. Harassment, threats, unauthorized promotion, infringement, and sharing paid content are prohibited. Violations may result in removal from sessions or restriction of access. Any refund consequences remain subject to the applicable purchase policy and law. Honest reviews and good-faith complaints are welcome.
Third-party platforms & technical issues. Our products and services may use third-party payment, classroom, meeting, design, or community platforms with their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control those platforms or guarantee uninterrupted availability. If an instructor-side technical problem or platform disruption prevents delivery, we will communicate an alternative, replacement instruction, or other appropriate remedy consistent with your purchase terms and applicable law. Participants are responsible for their devices, internet connections, and account access.
Results & earnings. Educational content is provided for learning purposes. Craft results depend on materials, equipment, preparation, and practice. No particular project result, sales volume, business outcome, or income is guaranteed. You remain responsible for your business decisions and compliance with applicable laws and licensing requirements.
Communications & privacy. Provide accurate contact information and keep it current. We may send electronic receipts, delivery instructions, access information, scheduling notices, and other communications necessary to fulfill your purchase. Purchasing alone does not constitute consent to unrelated promotional messages. These terms do not replace a privacy policy. Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information must be described in a separately provided privacy policy. Third-party platforms also process information under their own policies.
Independent business. Create with Cyrill and SFM Academy are independent educational and creative businesses. References to third-party brands describe tools or resources used. Sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation is not implied unless expressly stated.
California law & consumer rights. These terms are governed by California law, except where another jurisdiction’s mandatory consumer protections apply. Nothing waives rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or excludes responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes & severability. The terms presented at checkout apply to your purchase. Later revisions apply prospectively and will not retroactively reduce purchased benefits or rights without your agreement. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
