2. Digital Product Delivery
Our digital products are delivered electronically through Stan Store, download links, email, or another designated delivery platform.
After purchasing, you are responsible for providing an accurate email address and downloading or accessing your materials.
If you experience delivery issues, please contact us using the support information provided in your order confirmation.
Digital products are not physical items and will not be shipped.
We may update product files, delivery methods, or access instructions when necessary. Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a product does not guarantee access to future editions, updates, or additional products.
3. Personal Use and Intellectual Property
All original materials created by Creations by Maggie, including written content, videos, graphics, templates, educational resources, website designs, and branding, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless a product expressly includes additional licensing rights, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal or business purposes.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, resell, or claim ownership of our materials unless the specific product license expressly permits those activities.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright ownership.
4. Master Resell Rights (MRR)
Certain products may include Master Resell Rights (MRR), including:
MRR products may permit purchasers to resell the applicable digital product in accordance with its individual license agreement.
MRR does not automatically mean unlimited usage rights.
Depending on the product's license, restrictions may apply to:
Rebranding or modifying the product
Sharing or transferring resale rights
Minimum resale prices
Bundling the product with other offers
Distributing source files
Giving the product away for free
Representing yourself as the original creator
You are responsible for reading and following the license provided with each product.
Where a product-specific license differs from these general Terms, the product-specific license governs the permitted use of that product.
We reserve the right to enforce our intellectual property rights if materials are distributed outside their permitted license terms.
5. Affiliate Rights and Commissions
Certain products include affiliate opportunities rather than Master Resell Rights.

6. Affiliate Activation for Bundle Customers
Some bundles include affiliate access to eligible products.
For The Invisible Blueprint Bundle, customers may need to complete a separate checkout for The Buyer Blueprint and Ready, Set, Post! to activate their affiliate accounts or obtain their affiliate links.
Eligible bundle purchasers may receive a promotional activation code, such as maggie100, which reduces the applicable activation checkout price to $0.
The activation code is intended for eligible purchasers and may not be distributed publicly, sold, or used outside its authorized purpose.
Completing the activation process does not override the terms of the individual affiliate programs.
Activation procedures and promotional codes may change. Customers should follow the instructions provided with their purchase.
7. Bundles and Promotional Offers
We may offer multiple products together at a discounted bundle price.
Bundle purchases include only the products, bonuses, and rights expressly identified in the applicable offer.
Individual products within a bundle may have different licenses. Purchasing a bundle does not convert affiliate-only products into MRR products or grant broader rights than the individual licenses permit.
Any stated bundle value may include individual product prices and estimated bonus values. Such values are provided for comparison and do not guarantee financial returns or business results.
Promotional prices, discounts, and bonuses may change or end without prior notice.
8. Educational Purposes and Earnings Disclaimer

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout, generally U.S. dollars.
Payments may be processed by Stan Store, Stripe, PayPal, or another authorized payment provider.
By purchasing, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you select for the displayed purchase amount and applicable taxes.
We do not control third-party payment processing systems and are not responsible for payment interruptions caused by those providers.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately, digital product purchases are generally considered final once access has been provided.
However, nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
If a purchased product is not delivered, is materially different from its description, or cannot reasonably be accessed because of a technical problem, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement access or a refund.
Mentorship and Services
Refund and cancellation terms for mentorship, consultations, or other services will be stated in the applicable offer or booking agreement.
Any nonrefundable booking fees, cancellation deadlines, or rescheduling restrictions must be disclosed before purchase to apply.
