SOCIAL SYNC | TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing Social Sync, you agree to the following terms:
1. PROGRAM DETAILS
Social Sync is a 6-week virtual creative marketing experience hosted by Creative Callen, running November 23 – December 28, 2026.
Your enrollment includes six weekly live group sessions, a personal Rhythm Calendar, reflection worksheets, and access to a private Telegram community.
Live sessions will be recorded, and replays will be made available to enrolled participants for personal viewing only. Replay access will remain available for 30 days after the program concludes.
2. PAYMENT & REFUNDS
The founding round investment is $297 USD, payable at checkout.
Due to the limited group size and digital nature of this experience, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If you're unable to attend a live session, a replay of the recorded portions will be provided so you can catch up at your own pace. Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds or partial refunds.
3. PARTICIPATION
Participants are responsible for attending sessions, completing optional exercises, and engaging at their own pace. Individual results will vary, and no specific business, financial, or social media outcomes are guaranteed.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All program materials, worksheets, frameworks and resources are the intellectual property of Creative Callen.
Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared outside the program without written permission.
5. COMMUNITY & PRIVACY
Social Sync is intended to be a supportive, respectful environment. Participants agree to respect the privacy and personal experiences shared by others.
Creative Callen reserves the right to remove participants engaging in harassment or disruptive behavior, subject to applicable law.
6. EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER
Social Sync focuses on creative marketing, self-awareness, and personal reflection.
Creative Callen does not provide medical advice, hormonal guidance, diagnosis, or treatment. Any discussions about menstrual cycles or personal energy patterns are for educational and self-reflection purposes only.
7. PROGRAM CHANGES
Creative Callen reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to session content, resources or scheduling when necessary. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
