Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing any digital product, coaching session, consultation, mentorship, or educational material.
By purchasing any product or service through my Stan Store or any other platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These products and services are created and provided solely by Cross McReynolds ("I," "me," or "my").
All payments are securely processed through DLDPT Luxury Group LLC.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products, including but not limited to courses, guides, templates, PDFs, downloads, videos, educational materials, and other digital resources, are delivered electronically.
Because digital products are available immediately after purchase, all sales are final.
NO REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of digital products and coaching services, I do not offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or credits under any circumstances.
This policy applies regardless of:
• Change of mind
• Failure to use the product
• Failure to complete the course
• Business results
• Financial circumstances
• Personal circumstances
• Dissatisfaction with results
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
COACHING & STRATEGY CALLS
All coaching sessions, mentorship calls, consultations, and strategy sessions are non-refundable.
By purchasing a session, you agree that:
• Your purchase reserves time specifically for you.
• You may reschedule one (1) time with at least 48 hours' notice by emailing help@dldpt.com.
• Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be accommodated.
• Failure to attend your scheduled appointment ("No Show") results in forfeiture of your session without refund.
• Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time.
EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES
All content is provided solely for educational and informational purposes.
Nothing provided should be considered legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or professional advice.
You are solely responsible for your own business decisions.
NO GUARANTEES
I share my personal experience, strategies, opinions, and educational content.
I do not guarantee:
• Sales
• Revenue
• Profit
• Business success
• Social media growth
• Viral content
• Funding
• Manufacturer approval
• Product success
• Trademark approval
• Brand partnerships
• Website traffic
• Customer acquisition
• Any specific business outcome
Every business is different.
Your success depends on your own effort, consistency, execution, financial resources, experience, market conditions, and countless other factors outside my control.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided by me, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, templates, worksheets, downloads, graphics, presentations, educational materials, written content, and coaching materials, remains my exclusive intellectual property.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license for your personal use only.
You may NOT:

• Claim ownership of my content
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Information shared during private coaching sessions is intended solely for the purchaser.
Likewise, any proprietary information shared by me during coaching sessions may not be recorded, copied, distributed, or disclosed without my prior written consent.
CHARGEBACKS
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact help@dldpt.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
• Immediate termination of access
• Permanent removal from future products and services
• Collection efforts
• Legal action where permitted by law
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your purchase or use of any of my products or services.
My total liability shall never exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
I am not responsible for interruptions, outages, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers, including but not limited to Stan Store, payment processors, hosting providers, internet providers, email providers, or software platforms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Georgia.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The updated version becomes effective immediately upon publication.
Continued use of my products or services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
