I mostly work with restaurants and med spas, and I also shoot for salons and wellness studios.

After you book, answer the few questions on the form. I'll get back to you within two business days to confirm where we're shooting and set the date. Your team keeps working while I shoot.

Travel inside 30 miles of my home base is on me. Anything farther gets quoted before we schedule, and you're refunded in full in the rare case I can't make it to you. Rescheduling is free up to 72 hours before (weather happens, kids get sick, just tell me). You can get a full refund any time before we set your date. Once it's set, cancelling more than 7 days out gets you a refund minus a $100 planning fee. Questions? Reply to your confirmation email and it comes straight to me.

By completing your purchase or booking you agree to these terms. Questions? Reply to your receipt or confirmation email, or DM @crysdcreates on Instagram.

1. Digital products (workbooks, guides, templates). Delivered instantly by email and download link. Because they're digital, sales are final. If a file won't open, is missing or looks wrong, contact me and I'll fix it within 1 business day. Products are licensed for your personal and business use; please don't resell or share the files.

2. Free downloads and waitlists. Joining gets you the free resource and occasional emails from me. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

3. Calls and the SETAERC Intensive. Reschedule free up to 24 hours before a Clarity Call, or 48 hours before an Intensive. Intensive: cancel 7+ days before your session for a full refund. Once a session is held, it's non-refundable because the deliverables are custom work. Missed sessions without notice are not refunded. Clarity Call fees are credited toward an Intensive or Content Shoot Day booked within 14 days.

4. Content Shoot Day. Full refund any time before your shoot date is scheduled. After scheduling, cancellations more than 7 days out are refunded minus a $100 planning fee; within 7 days, non-refundable but reschedulable once. Reschedule free up to 72 hours before. Travel within 30 miles of my home base is included; anything farther is quoted before scheduling, and if I can't travel to you, you're refunded in full. You get a license to use the delivered photos and videos for your business marketing. I may show work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

5. Free fit and discovery calls. No cost and no obligation. Retainers and custom campaigns are agreed in a separate written proposal.

6. Results. I teach frameworks and share my own experience and examples. Your results depend on your offer, market, effort and many things outside my control. Nothing here is a promise or guarantee of income, bookings or followers.

7. Privacy. I use your information only to deliver what you bought, contact you about it and, if you opted in, send marketing emails. I never sell your information.
