1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Elevate Digital Academy course materials.
✔ You may:

✅ Resell the course only after completing the reseller approval process.
❌ You may NOT:
⛔ Share, distribute, or give away access to the course.
⛔ Modify, edit, or create derivative works from the course content.
⛔ Use Elevate with Olivia Ltd’s branding as your own.
⛔ Sell the course without completing the reseller approval process.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The course and all its materials remain the intellectual property of Elevate with Olivia Ltd.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or modification of course content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. REFUND POLICY
🚨 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. 🚨
Due to the digital nature of this product and the instant access provided, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks under any circumstances.
By purchasing, you confirm that:

✅ You agree not to dispute transactions or issue chargebacks.
4. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
This course is sold under a Master Resell Rights (MRR) model, which means CULTIVATEBYCHRISSY is responsible for the sale and all post-sale customer interactions.

• Elevate with Olivia Ltd is not responsible for your customer support, refunds, technical issues, or any disputes arising from this transaction.

• Elevate with Olivia Ltd only facilitates the reseller approval process and ensures compliance with access policies.
5. RESELLER APPROVAL PROCESS
To gain access to the reseller benefits of this course, you must complete a verification process to prevent fraud.
✔ To be approved, you must submit:
✅ A valid receipt of purchase that includes your full name.
✅ A matching form of government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.).
✅ Your full name, address, and contact number.
✅ The full name & social media handle of the person you purchased from.

🚨 IMPORTANT: If you fail to complete the verification process, you will NOT receive access to the course or reselling rights.
6. CUSTOMER DISPUTES & SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITY
By purchasing this course, you acknowledge that:
✔ [RESELLER BUSINESS NAME] is the seller and is fully responsible for handling all customer inquiries, support, and disputes.
✔ Elevate with Olivia Ltd is not responsible for refunds, disputes, or post-sale service.
✔ If you experience issues, you must contact CULTIVATEWITHCHRISSY directly.
🚨 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:
• Filing a chargeback or dispute will result in immediate removal from the course and legal action may be taken for fraudulent activity.
• If you initiate a dispute, access to the course will be revoked permanently.
7. NON-DISPARAGEMENT & CYBER HARASSMENT POLICY
By purchasing, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully.

⛔ Post defamatory, mocking, or negative comments about the course, its creator, or the reseller.
⛔ Engage in cyber harassment, trolling, or spreading false information.
⛔ Encourage others to criticize or undermine the course or reseller publicly.
🚨 Violating this policy may result in:
✔ Immediate removal from the course without refund.
✔ A permanent ban from repurchasing or reselling the course.
✔ Legal action if reputational damage occurs.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Elevate with Olivia Ltd reserves the right to evolve or adjust the business model, licensing structure, and selling mechanisms (including but not limited to transitioning from a Master Resell Rights model to an affiliate-based structure) at any time, without obligation to maintain the original structure indefinitely.
By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and agree that future changes to the business model do not constitute grounds for a refund, nor do they reflect any misrepresentation at the time of purchase. The course and all its contents remain valid and accessible as purchased.
Legal & Compliance Responsibility:
As a reseller, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring your sales, marketing practices, and business operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax requirements in your country.
Elevate with Olivia Ltd provides the course with Master Resell Rights but does not provide legal, tax, or regulatory guidance for individual resellers — only for the course itself. You are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding your business responsibilities.
