Hi, I'm Danica!

I design Living Invitations from my home in Australia: invitations that open like an app, play background music, give all the details, count down the days and collect your RSVPs in one link. I started because I am a trained events coordinator, production manager & love planning, organisation, attention to detail, styling and being creative in everything I do. I have many creative outlets, but this is one I find myself dabbling in even before bookings - creative gravitation. Now I help people celebrate beautifully, without the stress.

I make Beautiful Living Invitations that open on invitees' phone or desktop for weddings, birthdays, showers and every celebration in between, with RSVP's, count down, save to calendar, maps, requests and music, all in one live link with each invitee's name on the invite so it's completely customised.

Additional revision rounds cover further changes to the agreed design or supplied event details. Significant changes to the original brief, new designs or additional deliverables may require a separate quote.

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

  • Packages include digital design and personalisation as described.

  • Printing, physical materials, delivery and postage are charged separately unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • Templates and interactive features vary. Music, countdowns, maps and other features are subject to the platform capabilities.

  • The client is responsible for checking all event details, spelling, dates, times and locations before approving the final design.

  • Guest numbers are based on the number of invited guests, not the number who ultimately RSVP.

  • Custom requests, additional stationery, substantial changes to the brief and requirements outside the package scope may incur additional charges.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Tell me about your event: date, times, names, the finer details and the style you love when I email you after your submission is received.

  2. I design your invitation and send you a preview. We adjust the details together.

  3. You get your link. Share it by text, WhatsApp, email or social media, and watch the RSVPs come in.

FAQ's:

Do my guests need an app?

No. They just tap the link and it opens on any phone or computer.

How long does it take?

Every occasion deserves attention to detail. Once your 50% deposit and all required event information have been received, your design journey begins. Estimated design turnaround: 7–14 business days. Timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of your design. Included revisions, timely feedback and final approvals are part of the process. Printing, production and delivery are additional where applicable.

Need it sooner?

Priority service may be available on request, subject to availability and an additional fee.

- Priority turnaround: an additional 25% of the design fee.

- Urgent turnaround: an additional 50%, subject to availability and your approval.

Can I make changes?

Yes! Your package includes 1-2 rounds of changes in the proofing before delivery. After delivery, minor updates (such as a change of time, date or venue details) are $25 AUD per update and will be made to your existing Living Invitation link. Major changes, redesigns or additional features will be quoted separately.

How do RSVPs work?

Guests confirm with one tap by text, email, WhatsApp or a short form. With the RSVP Dashboard add-on, you see every reply in one place.

Can I print it too?

Yes. I can make a printed card with a QR code that opens your invitation or a printed invitation, perfect for guests who don't use their phone much. Matching signs and cards are also available.

How long will my invitation stay online?

Until 12 months after your event, so you can revisit it anytime.

How do I pay?

A 50% deposit reserves your date and starts the process, and the rest is due after proofing but before delivery. I accept Visa or Mastercard payments, the invoice will be sent via email from invitationtogather@proton.me so save this address as a contact so your mail doesn't go to spam.

Do you work with clients outside Australia?

Yes! Everything is done online, so I work with clients anywhere

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING THE COMPANY WITH A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES. ALL SALES OF PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. Prices for products offered by the Company may change at any time, and the Company does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. If a product becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to download, your sole remedy is a refund. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid, as determined by the Company.

  12. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, RELIANCE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, EQUIPMENT, INFORMATION OR DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR GOODWILL, COST OF CAPITAL, COST OF REPLACEMENT SERVICES, OR CLAIMS FOR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS, OCCASIONED BY ANY DEFECT IN THE SITE, THE CONTENT, AND/OR RELATED MATERIALS, THE INABILITY TO USE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER OR ANY OTHER CAUSE WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT THERETO, REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY.   13. If your purchase includes calls with the Company, you are responsible for scheduling them. All bookings are non-refundable. If you have to cancel your call, please email stepstodigitalbusiness@gmail.com with the subject "CALL CANCELLATION- [date & time of your call]" no less than 48 hours before your call. If you do not show up to your call or reschedule within 48 hours, you forfeit your call.

  14. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and each of its directors, officers employees, and agents, harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to (i) your breach of this Agreement, (ii) any violation by you of law or the rights of any third party, (iii) any materials, information, works and/or other content of whatever nature or media that you post or share on or through the Site, (iv) your use of the Site or any services that the Company may provide via the Site, and (v) your conduct in connection with the Site or the services or with other users of the Site or the services. The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section. In such an event, you shall provide the Company with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by the Company.

  15. The provisions of these Terms of Use are for the benefit of the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its third party content providers and licensors, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.

  16. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Orange County, Florida.
