Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or accessing The Beginners Course ("the Course"). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the Course, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not purchase or access the Course.
1. Overview of the Course
The Beginners Course is a digital educational program designed to teach individuals how to generate income online. Course content includes, but is not limited to:
Building and growing a social media presence
Utilizing social media platforms to sell products and services
Setting up automated income systems
Creating and selling digital products and online courses
Selling physical products online
The Course is delivered entirely in digital format. Upon purchase, you will receive access to course materials through the designated platform or delivery method specified at the time of purchase.
2. Purchase Price & Payment
The current price of the Course is $297 USD ("Purchase Price"). This is a one-time payment unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full Purchase Price.
We reserve the right to change the pricing of the Course at any time. Any pricing changes will not affect purchases already completed.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Course and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the Course has been granted. We encourage you to review all available information about the Course prior to purchasing to ensure it is the right fit for you.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Course, please contact us promptly so we can work to resolve the issue.
4. Affiliate Program
4.1 Eligibility
Upon purchasing the Course, you become eligible to participate in our Affiliate Program. Participation is voluntary and subject to these Terms and any additional affiliate program guidelines we may publish.
4.2 Commission Structure
Affiliates who refer new paying customers to the Course are eligible to earn a commission of 75% per sale. Based on the current Course price of $297, this equates to approximately $222.75 USD per qualifying sale ("Affiliate Commission").
Commission amounts are subject to change if the Course price changes. Commissions are calculated based on the sale price at the time of the referred transaction, less any applicable fees charged by payment processors or affiliate tracking platforms.
4.3 Qualifying Sales
A qualifying sale is defined as a completed purchase made by a new customer who has not previously purchased the Course, referred through your unique affiliate link, and whose payment has been successfully processed and is not subject to any chargeback or dispute.
4.4 Affiliate Payments
Affiliate commissions will be paid out according to the payment schedule and method communicated to you through our affiliate platform. We reserve the right to withhold commissions on sales that are later reversed, charged back, or otherwise found to be fraudulent.
4.5 Affiliate Conduct
As an affiliate, you agree to:
Promote the Course honestly and accurately
Not make false or misleading claims about the Course or its income potential
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform advertising policies (including FTC disclosure requirements)
Not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive marketing practices
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting the Course
We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate status and withhold any unpaid commissions if you violate these conduct requirements.
4.6 No Income Guarantee
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not guarantee any specific level of earnings. Commission income depends entirely on your individual marketing efforts, audience, and the number of qualifying sales you generate. Results will vary.
5. Intellectual Property
All content included in the Course, including but not limited to videos, written materials, worksheets, graphics, templates, and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the Course materials for your own personal educational purposes only. You may not:
Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense Course content to any third party
Copy, reproduce, or duplicate Course materials in any form
Use Course content to create competing products or courses
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from Course materials
6. Earnings Disclaimer
The Beginners Course provides educational content on strategies for building an online income. However, we make no guarantees regarding income, results, or financial success. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, market conditions, and numerous other factors outside our control.
Any income figures, examples, or testimonials referenced in connection with the Course represent individual results and are not guarantees of what you will earn. Building an online income involves risk and hard work. Do not purchase the Course if you are expecting a get-rich-quick result.
7. User Responsibilities
By purchasing the Course, you represent and agree that:
You are at least 18 years of age
You are accessing the Course for lawful purposes only
The information you provide at the time of purchase is accurate and complete
You will not share your login credentials or Course access with any other person
You will use the Course content only as permitted under these Terms
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Course is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Course will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Course or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course ($297 USD). In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data.
10. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Course at any time, without notice or refund, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Course or Affiliate Program in any way.
11. Privacy
Your purchase and use of the Course is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By purchasing the Course, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Florida.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued access to or use of the Course following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any additional policies or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Course and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter.
