I love the lower body stretching course from Daria! I've taken many stretching courses, but this course really stood out from the rest for several reasons. A lot of stretching courses are marketed for the table, but how to actually incorporate the stretches into sessions isn't clearly explained. Draping is confusing and some of the movements simply don't work unless the client is dressed. Daria's tips for draping are clear and actually work in the middle of sessions. My clients have noted they felt comfortable and secure even saying, "it felt like I was wearing pants!" Another issue I've noticed with other stretching classes is they still rely on upper body strength. Darias techniques are compound movements, engaging the whole body. I loved learning ways to use my body weight and legs to power movements! My clients have mentioned how these movements help them relax for further bodywork and that they appreciate it's not simply stretching. I'm grateful that Daria has shared her knowledge with us and look forward for her next course!
