This 5-session (bi-weekly, for a total of 10 weeks) coaching package is a combination of:
Divine guidance--intuitive messages, advice, and support channeled from my higher self, guides, and Divine Mother.
Facilitation of biweekly Timeline Healing Hypnosis sessions to help you access your higher self, past lives, and guidance from your own spirit team to assist you on your pregnancy, childbirth, and post partum journey.
Assistance locating and understanding scientific research on various topics related to your pregnancy/childbirth journey.
It's my honor to offer my knowledge and wisdom as a 5-time momma, natural birth advocate, and former PhD-level professor. I have an amazing gift for bringing the energetic and the physical together in a meaningful, easy to understand way that will leave you feeling informed and confident about your birth decisions moving forward.
I've had a variety of experiences through pregnancy, childbirth, and post partum that have given me both the lived experience as well as the energetic light codes necessary to hold space for women in all phases of their fertility journey. Some of the experiences that I've had that have shaped me into the mother and quantum space holder that I am today include:
The stillbirth of my first daughter
Pregnancy and childbirth with an abusive partner
Managing antenatal depression
Hospital birth: Induction, epidural, and emergency c-section
Homebirth: Successful water birth, breech presentation, natural childbirth, transfer to hospital
Prenatal care experiences: Traditional OBGYN, maternal fetal medicine (high risk care), naturopathic midwifery, genetic testing, gestational diabetes, managing history of blood clots, doula birth support
Post partum experiences: Breastfeeding difficulties/knowledge/support, finding donor breastmilk, homemade formula options, traditional and natural contraception methods, feeding and developmental delays, post partum depression, and SO MUCH MORE!
I have personally experienced every single one of the situations listed above, and am incredibly grateful to be at a point in my life where I'm able to share my knowledge and wisdom with other mommas. The motherhood experience on Earth is often stressful, confusing, and frustrating, but it doesn't have to be! Many women have incarnated at this time to anchor in a new energy for the human motherhood experience: Peaceful, empowered, connected, and enjoyable. I would love to work with you to call those energies in at the very beginning of your motherhood journey.

Your five Timeline Healing Hypnosis sessions (every other week) will take place over Zoom and require wired headphones with a mic. You'll need to be in a quiet, peaceful space, able to lay down comfortably, and not be interrupted by kids, noisy pets, roommates, etc. The rest of the support offered in this package will be received through WhatsApp or Signal messaging apps--voice and text messages available M-F business hours for the duration of our time together.
