During our time together, you will have four 2-hour bi-weekly Timeline Healing Hypnosis (THH) sessions. THH is the past life regression modality that I created to help clients to channel their own Divine guidance, insight, and healing while in a light trance state. My presence is one of support and guidance; the ultimate goal of our time together is for you to leave with the tools necessary to confidently merge your past life experiences with your actual lived experience in your current lifetime.

Your Timeline Healing Hypnosis sessions (one per month) will take place over Zoom and require wired headphones with a mic. You'll need to be in a quiet, peaceful space, able to lay down comfortably, and not be interrupted by kids, noisy pets, roommates, etc.
