Shardae is very good at communicating and attention to detail. As a well versed traveler, there are certain things I require for my trips (especially my birthday) and she made sure those things were addressed and covered. I take at least 5+ trips per year and they are all done by Destination Hiatus!

Iโ€™m not sure how most travel agencyโ€™s work but to have someone with you every step of the way was great. Making sure the shuttle came to get us to and from the airport, making sure we were okay during the trip, and just everything. Exceptional I am definitely booking another trip no doubt about it.

Shardae kept us informed every step of the way from the flight selections to the hotel choices and made sure we were pleased with our options before booking our trip. She also provided excursion information. Thank you Shardae for making my family trip so special!

Working with destination hiatus alleviates all my stress as the birthday person. It allowed me to have a peace of mind and focus on preparing myself for the trip by not having to collect multiple payments or stay in constant communication with everyone about the travel plans. There was also a lot of much appreciated flexibility with guests, payments, travel arrangements and unexpected changes. In the future I would love to book again and definitely recommend!

I have never used a travel agent before and I travel often, but after my experience with Destination Hiatus I would recommend everyone to use Destination Hiatus. All my needs were met and more.
