1. Digital Products - All Sales Final
All digital products sold through this store are delivered instantly.
Because they cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable.
This includes:
Ebooks, guides, templates, checklists
Courses, trainings, and programmes
Digital files and downloads
Resale-rights or affiliate-based digital products
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, support will assist promptly.
2. No Cooling-Off Period
By purchasing digital products or services that are delivered immediately, you acknowledge and agree that no cooling-off period applies.
You waive any right to cancel, refund, or withdraw after purchase.
All sales are final.
3. Service-Based Products (1:1 Calls, Audits, Mentorship, Custom Work)
3.1 Bookings
All booked calls are non-refundable once confirmed.
You may reschedule with minimum 24 hours’ notice.
Missed calls or late arrivals count as “delivered.”
3.2 Done-For-You & Custom Work
Once work begins, the order becomes non-refundable.
Client delays or failure to provide information do not qualify for refunds.
4. Payment Plans
Payment plans cannot be cancelled once started
All instalments must be completed
Missing payments may result in loss of access
All payment plan purchases are non-refundable
5. Physical Products (If Offered)
Returns are only accepted for:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Claims must be made within 7 days with proof.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
6. Refund Exceptions
Refunds are only considered if:
A duplicate purchase occurred
You were charged twice
You did not receive access AND support cannot provide it
Outside of these rare exceptions, all sales are final.

Chargebacks will be contested.
10. Chargebacks & Fraud
All purchases are logged with IP, timestamps, and access data.
Filing fraudulent chargebacks is a breach of these terms.
Chargebacks for delivered products will be disputed.
