Most founders I work with don’t need motivation. They’re already working hard, and carrying a lot.
What they’re missing isn’t drive, it's orientation; a clear sense of what actually matters right now, who they need to be in this phase, and what they can finally stop holding on their own.
wearing too many hats at once
under-resourced while carrying outsized responsibility
fundraising while still running the business
thinking at executive level, but still operating like the bottleneck
calm externally, mentally crowded internally
There is a growing mismatch between the company’s ambitions and its current operating structure. At some point, every founder hits this moment where:
being the smartest person in the room stops helping
doing more creates more complexity
being involved in everything turns you into the bottleneck
This is the shift from founder to executive, and it’s rarely obvious how to make it.

My Background
My work sits across venture capital, founders, and senior leadership, where decisions are made under real pressure and limited resources.
I’ve worked closely with founders and executives as companies scale and outgrow their original operating models, and with artists and creative leaders whose work depends on clarity, judgement, and direction.
That combination shapes how I work.
I don’t offer motivation, I help high-capacity people see clearly, focus accurately, and lead forward without unnecessary friction.
My role isn’t to tell you what to do.
It’s to help you see what’s already there (minus the noise).
I’m good at:
seeing complex systems clearly
reflecting patterns back without judgement
helping people trust their own judgement again
reading people, and identifying the underlying causes behind hesitation, tension, or misalignment
distilling a compelling narrative for fundraising decks from investor perspectives
equipping founders with the judgement to read people, match traits and working style, so they can build strong teams beyond CVs
Most of the time, the clarity is already inside you. It’s just buried under pressure. In our sessions, we dissect things down just enough to see properly.
We work on things like:
Getting clear on your role and identity
Leading from calm, not urgency
How to be steady, even when things aren’t settled yet.
Delegation that actually works
Not just handing things off, but building systems that don’t pull you back in.
Letting go without losing control.
Focus when everything feels important
Deciding what really moves the needle in this phase. Reducing mental load so you’re not constantly reacting.
The goal isn’t to do less.
It’s to do the right things, from the right place.
