This 1:1 call gives you space to slow the situation down, look at what’s actually happening, and get an outside perspective.

You bring the situation.
I’ll bring the questions, perspective, and accountability.

This call is for you if:

• You feel stuck in a situation and need clarity
• You keep going back and forth about what to do
• You want an honest perspective that isn’t based on simply agreeing with you
• You’re trying to understand a recurring pattern
• You need help separating emotion from what is actually happening
• You want to look at the whole pie—including your own slice

Attendance & Refund Policy

Your appointment reserves a dedicated time on my calendar and prevents that time from being booked by someone else.

For that reason, all 1:1 call bookings are non-refundable.

If you miss your appointment, do not attend, are unavailable at the scheduled time, or arrive significantly late, the session will be considered completed and no refund or credit will be issued.

If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please contact me as soon as possible. I may be able to reschedule your session when availability allows, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.

By accessing this store, purchasing a product or service, booking a session, or otherwise using the materials provided, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. ABOUT THESE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Dr. Lang / Accountabili-Pie provides educational resources, personal perspective, and general guidance related to accountability, relationships, communication, patterns, boundaries, self-reflection, and personal development.

Products and services may include:

  • digital guides and workbooks;

  • personalized video responses;

  • private 1:1 calls;

  • messaging or other communication services;

  • and other educational resources that may be added in the future.

These services are intended to help customers think more clearly, consider different perspectives, and reflect on their own choices and patterns.

2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

All products, services, conversations, videos, written materials, and responses are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

They are not a substitute for:

  • mental-health treatment;

  • professional counseling;

Dr. Lang does not diagnose individuals or mental-health conditions and does not investigate or independently verify the conduct of third parties discussed by customers.

Any perspective provided is based on the information the customer chooses to share.

If you are experiencing an emergency, crisis, abuse, threats of harm, or a situation requiring licensed professional assistance, you should contact the appropriate qualified professional or emergency service.

3. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, decisions, and outcomes.

Dr. Lang may offer questions, observations, perspectives, or matters for you to consider, but no product or service guarantees a particular result.

Nothing provided through Accountabili-Pie should be interpreted as a guarantee that a relationship, situation, decision, or outcome will improve or change in a particular way.

You are responsible for deciding what information is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products, including guides, workbooks, PDFs, downloadable materials, and similar resources, are licensed for the purchaser's personal use only.

Because access to digital products is provided electronically, all digital-product sales are final and non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from accessing a purchased product, please contact us so we can attempt to provide replacement access.

5. PERSONALIZED VIDEO RESPONSES

A personalized video purchase covers one topic, question, or situation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

The customer is responsible for providing enough relevant information for Dr. Lang to understand the issue being submitted.

The response:

  • is based solely on the information the customer provides;

  • may identify patterns, observations, questions, or considerations;

  • does not guarantee any particular outcome;

  • and does not constitute therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or professional advice.

Personalized video purchases are non-refundable once the order has been submitted for review or production has begun, except where required by law.

Current turnaround times are stated on the applicable product page and may be adjusted when necessary.

6. 1:1 CALLS

Private calls reserve a specific time on Dr. Lang's calendar.

For that reason, all 1:1 call bookings are non-refundable.

If you:

  • fail to attend;

  • are unavailable at the scheduled time;

  • do not answer;

  • or arrive significantly late,

the appointment may be considered completed, and no refund or credit will be issued.

If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible.

Rescheduling may be offered when availability permits, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Customers are encouraged to arrive prepared with the primary topic or situation they would like to discuss so the scheduled time can be used effectively.

7. MESSAGING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some messaging or communication services may be provided through third-party platforms such as Popcall.

Use of those platforms may also be subject to the third party's own:

  • terms of service;

  • payment policies;

  • privacy policies;

  • pricing structure;

  • and platform rules.

Dr. Lang / Accountabili-Pie is not responsible for interruptions, technical problems, charges, account issues, or other matters caused solely by a third-party platform.

8. PAYMENTS

Customers agree to pay the stated price for any product or service purchased.

Prices may change at any time.

A later price reduction, promotion, discount, or special offer does not create a right to a partial refund or price adjustment for a previous purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, Stan, or other platforms.

Those providers may have additional terms governing payment processing.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original Accountabili-Pie materials, including but not limited to:

  • guides;

  • workbooks;

  • written content;

  • videos;

  • graphics;

  • frameworks;

  • exercises;

  • prompts;

  • audio;

  • educational materials;

  • and branded concepts,

remain the intellectual property of Dr. Lang / Accountabili-Pie unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product gives you a limited license to use it for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not, without written permission:

  • copy or reproduce the materials;

  • resell them;

  • distribute them;

  • upload them publicly;

  • share paid materials with others;

  • publish them as your own;

  • create competing products substantially based on the materials;

  • or use them commercially.

10. ACCOUNTABILI-PIE MATERIALS

The Accountabili-Pie name, framework, terminology, original exercises, branded materials, and related creative works may not be reproduced, repackaged, taught, sold, distributed, or represented as another person's original framework without prior written permission.

11. CUSTOMER SUBMISSIONS AND PRIVACY

Customers may choose to share personal stories, questions, relationship situations, or other information in connection with personalized services.

You retain ownership of the personal information and stories you submit.

Submitting information gives Dr. Lang permission to review and use that information only as reasonably necessary to provide the product or service you purchased, unless you separately provide permission for another use.

Personal stories will not be knowingly published, used as testimonials, or publicly identified without permission, except where disclosure may be required by law.

Customers should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

12. TESTIMONIALS AND SHARING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES

Dr. Lang / Accountabili-Pie will not publicly identify you, publish your private story, or use your private communications as promotional material without permission.

If you voluntarily provide a testimonial and authorize its use, it may be edited for length or clarity while preserving its intended meaning.

13. CONFIDENTIALITY LIMITATIONS

Reasonable care will be taken when handling private customer information.

However, no internet-based service, email system, payment platform, video platform, or messaging service can guarantee absolute security or confidentiality.

Customers acknowledge that electronic communications carry inherent privacy and security risks.

14. ACCEPTABLE USE

Customers agree not to use any service to:

  • harass, threaten, or impersonate another person;

  • submit unlawful material;

  • request assistance with illegal conduct;

  • repeatedly abuse or misuse communication access;

  • distribute purchased materials without permission;

  • or interfere with the operation of the service.

Dr. Lang / Accountabili-Pie reserves the right to discontinue service where a customer's conduct becomes abusive, threatening, unsafe, unlawful, or materially violates these Terms.

15. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Personal growth, relationships, communication, and decision-making involve many circumstances outside Dr. Lang's control.

No guarantee is made regarding:

  • relationship outcomes;

  • reconciliation;

  • separation;

  • communication results;

  • another person's behavior;

  • personal growth;

  • financial outcomes;

  • or any other specific result.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Lang / Accountabili-Pie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of products, services, materials, communications, or third-party platforms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

17. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The store or related materials may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, social-media services, payment processors, or other resources.

Dr. Lang / Accountabili-Pie does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, security, or conduct.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that must be brought in court shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the county where the business maintains its principal place of business, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms may be updated periodically.

The version in effect at the time of purchase generally governs that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The most current version will be made available through the store or associated website.
