Turn Your Miles into Income | Work. Execute. Scale

Cargo van Expense Tracker & Load Profit Evaluator

Cargo van Expense Tracker & Load Profit Evaluator

$27$59

Two tools in one, built for anyone driving for themselves:

Load Evaluator — Before you accept a haul or take a run, plug in the numbers and it tells you straight up: profitable or not. This was built and used by me. This is what saved me the headache when it was time to complete my taxes. I originally built this for Cargo van operators so they can size up a load against the miles and cost to run it. We often forget to do the most important thing when driving. Which is logging all expenses, mileage and income properly.

When I first started I was never told how to calculate a load to know if it was profitable for my business or not and if I had this sooner I would've 4x my income.

Gig drivers running Uber Eats, Lyft, DoorDash, or Postmates can check whether a day pencils out — what you need to earn per delivery to come out ahead, and whether you're actually clearing it.

Expense Tracker — Log fuel, maintenance, tolls, and every other cost as you go. These are the expenses that quietly eat your profit when you don't write them down. The sheet keeps a running picture so you always know where you really stand — not just what the app paid you, but what you actually kept.

Here's the truth most independent drivers don't want to hear: the payout screen lies. It feels like a good day until gas and wear take their cut. This calculator does the math for you in real time so you stop driving blind and start treating your vehicle like the business it is.

It pays for itself the first day. One load you turn down because the numbers don't work — or one expense you finally start deducting — covers the $27 and then keeps working every shift after.

Built for independent owner-operators and gig drivers who are done guessing.

Instant download. Works on Excel & Numbers. Yours to keep. No Refunds..
