Examples: client emails and follow-ups, proposals and quotes, meeting notes into action lists, content drafts, reports and summaries, inbox triage and onboarding documents — or your own five.

• A written SOP guide — a plain-language guide to the whole setup: what each prompt does, when to use it and the exact steps. Usable by you or anyone on your team.

• A recorded walkthrough video — a screen-recorded tour of the finished setup, to watch at your own pace and keep.

• A templates pack — reusable documents and message templates: follow-ups, summaries, briefs and checklists, formatted and ready to copy.

• One revision round — after delivery, one round of revisions (wording, priorities and prompt adjustments), requested in writing inside the support window.

• 14 days of message support — written replies to questions about the setup. No tickets, no booking a call.

How it works — 4 steps, all async

1. Buy online. Checkout takes a few minutes.

2. Complete the intake form. One written form, 20–30 minutes, covering your business, biggest time-drains, tools you already use and the five workflows to build first. This form replaces the discovery call.

3. We build. Ebony directs every build personally: she reviews the intake, sets priorities and approves the final system before it leaves. Her build team constructs the setup to her specification. Standard turnaround: 5–7 business days from a completed intake form.

4. Delivery, then support. You receive the full delivery pack: configured assistant, prompt library, SOP guide, walkthrough video and templates. The 14 days of message support start the day it lands.

No calls, ever

At no point will anyone ask you to get on a call. That is not a gap in the service. It is the design. Intake, build updates, delivery and support all happen in writing: clear, searchable and on record. You answer and read when it suits you.

Refund boundary

If we read your intake and honestly believe the Sprint cannot help, we will say so in writing before building starts and refund you in full.

What it is not

Not live training (no coaching calls or screen-shares — the walkthrough video and SOP guide do that job); not ongoing management (after the 14-day support window the system is yours to run); and not a magic employee (the prompts do the five built workflows very well; they will not run a whole business unsupervised).
