The Process of Customized Literacy Pathways

1️⃣ Initial Intake Form: To kickstart your child's early learning journey, we begin with an initial intake form. This form helps us understand your child's current literacy level, interests, and any specific areas of concern. By gaining valuable insights from you, we lay the foundation for creating a personalized learning experience. This is followed by a 15-Minute Discovery Call. After reviewing the initial intake form, we'll have a 15-minute discovery call to determine if our 6-week program is the right fit for your child.

2️⃣ Virtual Assessment: If we decide to move forward, a virtual assessment will be conducted via Zoom. Our expert educators will engage with your child to evaluate their literacy strengths and areas for growth. This comprehensive assessment allows us to gain a holistic understanding of your child's abilities and tailor the learning plan accordingly.

3️⃣ Creation of Personalized Plans: Based on the assessment results, a personalized learning plan is crafted for your child. This plan incorporates engaging activities, and resources that align with your child's unique needs and developmental goals.

4️⃣ Kickstart Zoom Call: After creating the personalized plan, we schedule a Kickstart Zoom Call to discuss the 6-week plan in detail. During this call, we provide guidance on how to implement the activities, utilize the recommended resources, and foster a nurturing environment at home.

5️⃣ Follow-up Calls: To ensure progress and address any questions or concerns, we schedule two follow-up Zoom calls. The first call takes place at week 3, allowing us to evaluate your child's progress, celebrate achievements, and provide any necessary adjustments to the plan. The second call occurs at week 6, serving as a comprehensive progress review and discussing next steps for continued growth.
