You are not purchasing a printed checklist or information you could simply search online. You are bringing more than 30 years of real childcare experience into one of the most important decisions you will make for your child.

WHAT YOUR $495 PACKAGE INCLUDES

1. A 90-Minute Private Family Planning Session

Before we visit any program, I take the time to learn about your child, your schedule, your family’s needs, your concerns, and your non-negotiables.

We will prepare for the tours based on your family—not somebody else’s checklist.

2. Your Personalized Family Safety & Care Guide

I will prepare a private guide based on what matters most for your child.

I will teach you what to ask, what to observe, what may need another question, and what should never be overlooked.

My complete evaluation method, professional questions, and program comparison process are provided to paying clients.

3. Support at Two Local Childcare Tours

I will accompany you to two childcare programs for up to 60 minutes at each location.

I will help you look beyond the beautiful classroom, slow down, observe the environment, and better understand what you are seeing and hearing.

I will not take over your tour or make the decision for you. I will be right beside you as your second set of experienced eyes.

4. A 60-Minute Private Comparison Session

After both tours, we will sit down and compare the two programs.

We will talk through what stood out, what still needs an answer, how each program fits your child and schedule, and what you should do before enrolling or paying a deposit.

WHY WORK WITH MRS. LUCRETIA?

I have worked in childcare for more than 30 years, and I have lived this work from nearly every side.

I started inside a childcare center. I operated a home daycare for 11 years. I went on to own three childcare centers serving as many as 200 children a day & helped others open their successful programs.

I have hired and trained staff, worked directly with families, managed classrooms, prepared for inspections, handled daily operations, and made difficult decisions behind the scenes.

I am also a CPR and BLS instructor. That experience adds another layer to the way I examine safety, emergency preparation, and staff readiness.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Purchase your package.

2. Complete your private family intake form.

3. I will contact you within one business day.

4. We will schedule your 90-minute planning session.

5. Your family will schedule both tours with the childcare programs.

6. I will attend both tours with you.

7. We will complete your private comparison session.

CHARLOTTE-AREA SERVICE

The $495 introductory package includes two childcare tours located within 35 miles of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Both tours should be completed within 30 days of your planning session.

Additional local tours are available for $175 each.

TRAVEL SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE

I can travel throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia and beyond.

Traveling families must request a custom quote before purchasing. Travel time, mileage, lodging, airfare, parking, tolls, and other necessary expenses are not included in the $495 Charlotte/Fort Mill area price.

Whenever possible, both out-of-town tours should be scheduled on the same day. Separate travel dates will require separate travel fees.

PLEASE KNOW

This service does not include locating childcare programs, calling providers about availability, nanny screening, or building a childcare shortlist. Those services are available separately.

The final childcare decision always belongs to your family. My role is to help you see more, ask better questions, understand what you are being shown, and make your decision with experienced guidance beside you.
