TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern all purchases of products and services from Jessica Rainey, operating under the trade names "Wildflower Woman" and "Embodied Witchcraft" (collectively, the "Company"). By completing a purchase, the purchaser ("the Client") acknowledges that the Client has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
These Terms apply to all products and services offered by the Company, including but not limited to:
a) Live group programs and cohort-based courses;
b) Pre-recorded courses, workshops, and on-demand content;
c) One-to-one sessions, consultations, and scheduled appointments;
d) Digital products, downloads, and printed materials;
e) Memberships, subscriptions, and community access;
f) Bonuses and supplementary materials provided with any purchase.
2. NO REFUNDS
2.1 All sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed and payment has been processed, the Client shall not be entitled to any refund, whether partial or full, under any circumstances.
2.2 The Client acknowledges that prior to completing the purchase, the Client has reviewed all available descriptions, terms, schedules, and product information made available by the Company, and accepts the no-refund policy without reservation.
2.3 This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether the Client attends, participates in, completes, accesses, or makes use of any portion of the purchased product or service.
2.4 Change of mind, change in personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to attend or engage with the product or service do not constitute grounds for a refund.
3. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS
3.1 The following terms apply to all one-to-one sessions, consultations, calls, and any other appointment-based services scheduled with the Company.
3.2 The Client must provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours' written notice prior to the scheduled appointment time in order to reschedule the appointment.
3.3 Written notice for the purposes of this clause must be sent by email to the address provided by the Company at the time of purchase, or through the scheduling system used to book the appointment.
3.4 If the Client provides less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time, the appointment shall be forfeit, and the Client shall not be entitled to a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling of the missed appointment.
3.5 Failure of the Client to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-show") constitutes forfeiture of all fees paid in respect of that appointment.
3.6 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the number of times a single appointment may be rescheduled by the Client. Repeated rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the appointment.
4. CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
4.1 The Company reserves the right to reschedule, modify the timing of, or substitute the format of any group program, workshop, or appointment in the event of illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 In such cases, the Company will provide reasonable notice to affected Clients and propose an alternative time, format, or substitute. No refund shall be issued in respect of any such rescheduling or modification.
5. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
5.1 By completing a purchase, the Client agrees not to initiate any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through their bank, credit card provider, or payment processor in respect of any product or service purchased from the Company.
5.2 Any attempted chargeback by the Client shall be considered a material breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available to it, including but not limited to recovery of the disputed amount, associated fees, legal costs, and damages.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 All materials, content, and resources provided by the Company in connection with any product or service, including but not limited to written content, audio recordings, video recordings, digital downloads, slides, templates, and printed materials, remain the sole intellectual property of Jessica Rainey.
6.2 The Client is granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use such materials for personal use only.
6.3 Distribution, resale, reproduction, public display, or commercial use of any materials provided by the Company is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 The products and services offered by the Company are intended for personal development, education, and spiritual exploration. They do not constitute medical advice, psychological treatment, financial advice, or professional therapy.
7.2 The Client acknowledges and agrees that participation in any product or service is at the Client's own risk and discretion. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Client's use of, or inability to use, any product or service.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By completing a purchase from the Company, the Client confirms that the Client has read, understood, and agrees to all of the Terms set out above.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company in respect of the subject matter set out herein, and supersede any prior representations or agreements.

9. EU Consumer Protection Law (Forbrugeraftaleloven).
Denmark, as an EU member state, provides consumers with a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for goods and services purchased online. There are specific exceptions, including:
Digital content that has begun to be delivered with the consumer's express prior consent and acknowledgment that the right to withdraw is thereby lost;
Services where performance has begun with the consumer's express prior consent;
Live events on a specific date.
