5. Your licence
The course is for your personal use. You may not share your login, copy, resell, republish or distribute any part of the material. All content remains the property of Es Ravella d'es Cavalls S.L.
6. What my Courses are not
My courses may include general information, observations and self-reflection exercises relating to horses, equine behaviour, rider behaviour, nervous-system responses, confidence, fear and the rider–horse relationship.
My courses do not provide medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic or veterinary diagnosis, treatment or individual assessment for you, your horse, or any other person or animal. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, veterinary, behavioural or in-person riding instruction where this is needed.
If you or another person are experiencing severe distress, a crisis, or a diagnosed or suspected mental-health condition, please seek support from an appropriately qualified professional. If a horse shows pain, illness, lameness, sudden or severe behavioural change, or a safety concern, seek advice from a qualified veterinarian and/or appropriate in-person professional.
7. Riding is a risk you carry
Safety and personal responsibility
Horse riding and horse handling involve inherent risks. You are responsible for assessing your own skills, your horse, the environment and whether it is safe to ride, handle a horse or use any exercise or technique discussed in a course. Do not use any technique in a situation you would not otherwise consider safe. Where appropriate, practise in a controlled environment and seek qualified in-person instruction.
8. Payment and invoicing
Stripe or PayPal processes payment. Prices include VAT where applicable. You receive an invoice by email.
9. Governing law
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
10. Community access
Where access to a community is included, it is provided as an optional peer-to-peer space for connection and general discussion. Community access does not include individual coaching, diagnosis, assessment, feedback on exercises or monitoring of learning progress. Please do not use the community for urgent safety, medical, veterinary or mental-health concerns.
