Content Team Training Agreement

This Agreement is made between Nursely Nurse LLC (“Consultant”) and Manual Concierge PT (“Client”).

1. Services

The Consultant agrees to provide on-site training and consulting focused on developing an efficient and repeatable short-form content creation system for Manual Concierge PT.

• Time: TBD

• Duration:  Up to six (6) hours of on-site training delivered up to three sessions

Project Objective

Train you and your team to confidently plan, film, and produce high-quality short-form content while implementing a repeatable content workflow your business can continue using independently.

2. What's Included

Day 1 — Content Strategy & Production Foundations (Up to 2 Hours)

We'll build the foundation for your content system.

Topics include:

• Content brainstorming & organization

• Smartphone camera settings

• Lighting recommendations

• Camera angles & framing

• Filming workflow

• On-camera delivery & tone

• Quick editing tutorial

• Posting & scheduling best practices

Day 2 — Hands-On Content Creation (Up to 2 Hours)

We'll put the strategy into practice by creating content together.

Activities include:

• Live content recording

• Real-time coaching

• Improving confidence on camera

• Refining hooks and messaging

• Optimizing recording workflow

• Live feedback and Q&A

Day 3 — Guided Implementation (Up to 2 Hours)

Your team will take the lead while I observe, provide feedback, and fine-tune the process.

This session includes:

• Team-led content creation

• Workflow observation

• Real-time coaching

• Process refinement

• Final Q&A and recommendations

3. Deliverables

• Brand Growth Assessment

• Phase 1: 30-Day Content Operating Plan

• Equipment & Tool Recommendations

• Content Performance Tracker

• Phase 2: One (1) follow-up Zoom consultation within 30 days after phase 1 to review analytics, answer questions, and refine your strategy.

4. Training Outcomes

By the end of the training, you and your team will be able to:

• Plan short-form content with confidence

• Record high quality videos using a smartphone

• Create stronger hooks that capture attention

• Follow a repeatable filming workflow

• Batch record content efficiently

• Organize and schedule content more effectively

• Evaluate performance and make data-informed improvements

The goal of this training is not simply to create more content, but to equip your team with a repeatable system for producing consistent, high-quality content long after the training has concluded.

5. Investment

Total Investment: $2,500

Payment is due prior to the start of training unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, frameworks, templates, worksheets, operating plans, trackers, methodologies, and other resources provided during this engagement remain the intellectual property of Nursely Nurse LLC.

These materials are licensed solely for the Client's internal business use and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, shared, or used for commercial training purposes without prior written permission from Nursely Nurse LLC.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential or proprietary business information shared during this engagement private and will not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, unless required by law.

8. Rescheduling

If rescheduling is necessary, at least 24 hours' notice should be provided whenever possible. Both parties agree to work in good faith to select a mutually convenient alternative date.

9. Cancellation

If the Client cancels after payment has been made, payments are non-refundable. At the Consultant's discretion, payments may be applied toward one rescheduled training date within 90 days.

10. Acceptance

By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
