ALL SALES FINAL – NO REFUNDS
All purchases are FINAL.
Due to the digital nature of the products and services offered (including but not limited to digital programs, downloads, memberships, coaching services, audits, consultations, calls, and recordings), NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, CREDITS, OR REVERSALS will be issued under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Failure to use or complete the product or service
Scheduling conflicts or missed calls
Dissatisfaction with results or expectations
Personal, financial, emotional, or medical circumstances
Claims of misunderstanding or lack of awareness
By purchasing, you expressly waive any right to a refund.
Informed Consent & Authorization
By completing checkout, you confirm that:
You reviewed the product or service description prior to purchase
You understand what you are purchasing
You are authorized to use the payment method provided
You consent to this charge and any associated taxes or fees
Failure to read these Terms does not invalidate this agreement.
Digital Delivery & Proof of Access
Delivery is deemed complete once:
Whether or not you choose to access, download, schedule, or use the product or service does not constitute non-delivery.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Stripe / AmEx / Stan Store)
You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal for any reason.
If a dispute or chargeback is initiated:
This Agreement will be submitted as evidence
Proof of access, delivery, and usage logs may be provided to the payment processor
Access to all products and services may be immediately revoked
You may be responsible for dispute fees, administrative costs, and any damages incurred
Chargebacks are considered a breach of these Terms and are not a valid substitute for requesting support.
No Guarantees / Assumption of Risk
The Company makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, including but not limited to health, fitness, weight loss, hormonal balance, emotional regulation, or financial results.

You assume full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results.
Call & Service Scheduling
If your purchase includes calls or time-based services:
You are responsible for scheduling within the designated timeframe
Missed calls or cancellations within 48 hours result in forfeiture
No refunds or credits are issued for no-shows
Intellectual Property
All content remains the exclusive property of FlavorfulFit Inc.
You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or reproduce any materials without written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service purchased.
Binding Arbitration & Governing Law
Any dispute arising from this purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not court litigation.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Venue and jurisdiction are exclusively Orange County, Florida.
