These Terms and Conditions apply to the FEMAHACK digital course, workbook, videos and any other digital materials or services provided under the FEMAHACK brand.

FEMAHACK is operated by Joana Abramaviciute (“FEMAHACK”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By purchasing, accessing or using FEMAHACK, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About FEMAHACK

FEMAHACK is an educational wellness and biohacking course providing general information relating to female wellness, biohacking, healthy aging and longevity, menstrual-cycle awareness, hormones, sleep, stress, energy, mindset and lifestyle practices.

The course and all associated materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

When you purchase FEMAHACK, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the digital course and materials included with your purchase.

Access may be provided through Stan or another third-party course-hosting platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login information.

You must not share your login details or provide another person with access to your purchased course.

5. Intellectual Property

All FEMAHACK content is owned by or licensed to Joana Abramaviciute and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, without limitation:

  • course videos;

  • written course content;

  • the FEMAHACK workbook;

  • guides and downloads;

  • graphics and designs;

  • photographs;

  • branding;

  • audio recordings;

  • presentations;

  • templates; and

  • other educational materials.

Your purchase permits you to use these materials for your own personal and non-commercial use only.

You must not, without prior written permission:

  • copy or reproduce course materials;

  • share course files or login details;

  • distribute the course to another person;

  • upload or publish course materials online;

  • sell or resell FEMAHACK content;

  • modify FEMAHACK materials for commercial purposes;

  • use FEMAHACK content to create another course, guide, program or commercial product; or

  • otherwise commercially exploit FEMAHACK intellectual property.

Unauthorised copying, sharing or distribution may result in termination of course access and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

6. Payments

You agree to pay the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stan, Stripe, PayPal or another payment processor offered at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate and valid payment information.

Prices may change from time to time.

A later price reduction, promotional offer or discount does not entitle an earlier purchaser to a refund of the difference.

7. Refund Policy

Because FEMAHACK is a digital product and access to digital course materials is provided following purchase, refunds are not offered simply because you change your mind after access has been provided.

However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Where applicable law requires a refund, replacement, resupply or other remedy, the remedy required by law will be provided.

8. Personal Responsibility

Participation in FEMAHACK is voluntary.

You remain responsible for your own health, wellbeing, choices and actions.

You are responsible for determining whether any strategy, supplement, dietary practice, exercise, lifestyle practice or other information discussed within FEMAHACK is appropriate for you.

If you experience concerning symptoms or believe a particular practice may be unsuitable for you, stop that practice and seek appropriate professional advice.

9. Third-Party Products and Services

FEMAHACK may discuss or refer to third-party products, supplements, apps, technologies, books, professionals, websites or services.

A reference to a third-party product or service does not constitute a guarantee that it is appropriate or suitable for every individual.

Third-party websites, products and services operate independently from FEMAHACK.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, performance, privacy practices or operation of third-party platforms, products or services.

Any decision to purchase or use a third-party product or service remains your responsibility.

10. Course Availability and Technical Access

We will take reasonable steps to maintain access to FEMAHACK through the platform on which the course is hosted.

Access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, internet outages, technical issues, third-party platform interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, steps will be taken to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative.

We are not responsible for technical problems caused solely by your own device, browser, internet connection or other technology under your control.

FEMAHACK may be updated from time to time to reflect evolving information, research, practices or improvements to the course.

We may reasonably update, reorganise, replace or improve course materials.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

You agree not to use FEMAHACK or its content for an unlawful purpose.

  • gain unauthorised access to the course or another customer's account;

  • interfere with the security or operation of the course platform;

  • reproduce or distribute FEMAHACK materials without permission;

  • commercially exploit FEMAHACK content without permission; or

  • use FEMAHACK content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of another person.

13. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access to FEMAHACK where we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms and Conditions, including by unlawfully copying, reselling or distributing course materials or sharing your course account with another person.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer right or remedy available under applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability, consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, FEMAHACK is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from circumstances that were not reasonably foreseeable or were outside our reasonable control.

FEMAHACK is an educational wellness course and should not be relied upon as a substitute for personalised medical, psychological, nutritional or other professional advice.

15. Privacy and Communications

Information provided when purchasing FEMAHACK may be processed where reasonably necessary to:

  • process your purchase;

  • provide access to the course;

  • provide customer support;

  • communicate important information relating to your purchase or course access; and

  • administer FEMAHACK.

Information may also be processed by third-party platforms necessary to provide the service, including the course platform and payment processors.

Any marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including applicable unsubscribe requirements.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, together with applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.

The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and courts with jurisdiction to hear appeals from those courts.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to a customer under applicable law.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

18. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to FEMAHACK, our business practices or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will apply from the date it is published.

Any update will not remove consumer rights that have already accrued or any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
