The FlourishHER™ Identity Blueprint is a private, high touch strategy intensive designed to help you identify the areas that deserve your attention now and create a personalized plan for the next 90 days.

This is not generic confidence coaching. It is not therapy, and it is not a motivational conversation built around telling you how strong you are.

It is focused, strategic work centered on the way you see yourself, make decisions, establish boundaries, trust your instincts, and move forward in the life you are building now.

The purpose of our time together is not to solve every area of your life in one session. It is to determine what matters most, identify where your attention needs to go first, and give you a clear direction you can begin implementing immediately.

Your Experience Begins Before We Meet

Before your private session, you will complete the FlourishHER™ Identity + Self-Trust Assessment. This guided assessment gives me insight into your current experience across confidence, self trust, boundaries, decision making, personal leadership, faith, discernment, and direction.

I review your responses before we meet so we are not using your session to discover basic information. We begin with context, focus, and a clearer understanding of where deeper attention may be needed.

That preparation allows our 90 minutes together to be more intentional and personalized from the beginning.

Your 90-Minute Private Intensive

During your session, we will examine the areas where uncertainty, overexplaining, guilt, hesitation, or disconnection are showing up in your life now.

We will look at what may be influencing your decisions, where your boundaries need greater definition, which internal narratives no longer reflect who you are, and what parts of your identity need intentional reinforcement.

We will also identify the patterns that may be affecting the way you lead, parent, build, communicate, or make choices. The goal is not to remain focused on what happened. The goal is to understand its impact well enough to make different decisions moving forward.

You will leave the session with a clearer understanding of what deserves your attention and why.

Your Personalized 90-Day FlourishHER™ Identity Blueprint

After your intensive, you will receive a customized written Blueprint based on what we identify together.

Your plan will outline the priorities that matter most in this season, including areas related to identity, confidence, self trust, boundaries, decision making, faith aligned action, and practical next steps.

This is not a generic workbook or prewritten plan. Your Blueprint is created specifically around your current circumstances and the direction established during your session.

The purpose is to remove the question of, “Where do I even begin?” and replace it with a focused strategy for the next 90 days.

Personalized Identity Declarations

You will also receive personalized identity declarations based on the truths, themes, and areas of growth that emerge during our work together.

These are not generic affirmations. They are intentional statements designed to help reinforce a healthier relationship with your judgment, standards, faith, and sense of self.

Where appropriate, they will also reflect biblical truth and the identity God has given you beyond what another person attempted to distort or diminish.

Your Session Recording and Curated Resources

Your private intensive will be recorded so you can revisit the conversation as you move through your Blueprint. Often, new insight emerges when you return to a conversation after you have had time to process it.

You will also receive carefully selected resources based on the specific priorities identified during your session. The purpose is not to give you more content to consume. It is to reinforce the areas that matter most.

Private Implementation Check-In

Approximately two weeks after your intensive, we will reconnect for a focused 20 minute implementation check in.

This conversation gives us an opportunity to review what you have begun applying, address questions that have surfaced, and make reasonable adjustments where needed.

The intention is simple: to make sure your Blueprint is not something you read once and set aside, but something you are actively using to guide your next steps.
