Whether you’re a former PIP & LOU. customer of mine, or if you've simply been familiar with my social media presence for more than five minutes. You will know that our family life revolves around food.

Daily, and on special occasions - which we live for. It's all about the food. In particular, the food we make for ourselves, from scratch. As I teach my four girls all about cooking, food preparation and the joy of entertaining loved ones while catering to small and large groups of people with pride.

Accordingly. this book is centred around entertaining. Whether it be a table of five or fifty. Food has the capacity to create, hold and incite memories that transcend spaces, places, and time.
