TERMS & CONDITIONS — THE SBC ACADEMY

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing The SBC Academy through Freedom By Faiza, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
The SBC Academy is a digital educational training platform designed to teach appointment-setting skills through structured lessons, practical training tools and interactive learning experiences.
These terms apply to purchases, membership access and use of The SBC Academy.
2. Digital Product & Access
The SBC Academy is a digital product delivered through an online membership platform.
Upon successful payment, customers will receive instructions to register for and access the academy using their purchase email address.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate details during checkout.
If access instructions are not received, customers should contact our official support channel for assistance.
Each purchase is for one individual user. Membership login details must not be shared, transferred or resold.
3. Refunds, Cancellations & Digital Content
All purchases are intended to be final, and we do not ordinarily offer refunds for a change of mind once the applicable statutory cancellation right has expired or been validly lost.
The SBC Academy provides immediate access to digital educational materials, resources and interactive learning tools.
Where customers expressly request immediate supply of digital content, acknowledge that they will lose their statutory 14-day cancellation right, and the legal requirements for that loss of cancellation rights have been met, the cancellation right for that digital content will be lost once supply begins.
No discretionary refunds will ordinarily be offered because a customer:
Changes their mind after the applicable cancellation right has ended.
Does not complete or use the training.
Decides appointment setting is not suitable for them.
Does not secure an appointment-setting position.
Does not achieve their expected earnings or results.
Ongoing digital services and support may be subject to different statutory cancellation provisions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or improperly supplied digital content and services.
Refunds and cancellations will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
4. Pricing & Payment Plans
The price displayed at checkout is the price payable for the academy.
Promotional pricing, including the £197 founding-member offer, is subject to the terms and availability stated at purchase.
The standard academy price is intended to be £297 following the founding-member offer.
Where available, customers may choose instalment payment options through providers such as Klarna or Clearpay.
Customers choosing instalment payments are responsible for complying with the relevant payment provider's terms.
Payment plans do not create an additional contractual right to cancel an otherwise valid purchase.
5. Lifetime Academy Access
The SBC Academy includes lifetime membership access, meaning access for the operational lifetime of the academy rather than the lifetime of the individual purchaser.
We aim to maintain the availability of purchased core educational materials while the academy continues operating.
Training content, features and third-party tools may be updated, improved or reasonably replaced over time.
Material changes to purchased access or services will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
6. Educational Purposes & No Earnings Guarantee
The SBC Academy provides education and practical skills training only.
Purchasing membership does not guarantee:
Employment or acceptance onto appointment-setting offers.
A specific salary or commission.
Consistent or recurring income.
Business success or financial independence.
Any particular financial or professional result.
Individual outcomes depend on personal effort, skill development, available opportunities, market conditions and other factors.
Any earnings examples are illustrative and must not be interpreted as guaranteed or typical results.
7. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All original academy materials, lessons, written resources, videos, templates, frameworks, assessments, branding and proprietary training tools remain the intellectual property of Freedom By Faiza or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of any academy content.
Customers are strictly prohibited from:
Copying or reproducing academy materials for unauthorised distribution.
Recording and redistributing protected training content.
Sharing or selling academy login details.
Uploading protected academy materials to other websites.
Rebranding academy content as their own.
Selling unauthorised copies of the academy.
Distributing proprietary materials without written permission.
Violations may result in proportionate action, including account suspension or termination, subject to applicable consumer law.
8. Affiliate Programme — 85% Commission
The SBC Academy offers an optional affiliate programme for eligible members.
Where Affiliate Share is enabled, members may receive a unique referral link through Stan Store.
Affiliates can earn 85% commission on qualifying sales successfully attributed to their authorised affiliate links, subject to the separate Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions.
Freedom By Faiza retains the remaining 15% of qualifying gross sales before applicable fees, adjustments and taxes.
Affiliate participation is optional and does not guarantee sales or earnings.
Affiliate participation does not grant master resell rights, private label rights or ownership of academy content.
Affiliates are permitted to promote the official academy using authorised referral links only.
They may not independently reproduce, repackage, distribute or sell academy materials.
All affiliate promotions must comply with applicable advertising requirements, including appropriate affiliate disclosures and truthful earnings representations.
Commission payment, tracking, refunds and reversals are governed by the separate Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions and applicable Stan Store rules.
9. Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:
Use the academy for lawful educational purposes.
Keep their login credentials secure.
Respect other members and support staff.
Avoid misuse of academy systems and tools.
Refrain from sharing confidential information belonging to third parties.
Respect all intellectual property restrictions.
We reserve the right to investigate serious breaches and take proportionate action in accordance with applicable law.
10. SBC Lab, AI Coach & Interactive Tools
The SBC Academy includes interactive practice resources, which may include SBC Lab, AI Coach, dialling exercises and other learning features.
These tools are provided for educational and practice purposes.
AI-generated responses, suggested scripts and assessments may not always be accurate and should be reviewed before use in real-world situations.
Members must not enter sensitive or confidential personal information into practice tools unless expressly authorised and appropriately protected.
11. Support & Updates
The SBC Academy may provide educational support through designated features, including Ask Faiza, announcements and member resources.
Support is provided within reasonable operational availability and is not guaranteed to be immediate or unlimited.
The academy may periodically introduce updates, additional training and improvements.
Any material changes to services purchased will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
12. Third-Party Platforms
The SBC Academy may use third-party services, including Stan Store, payment processors, automation services and technology providers.
These services may have separate terms and privacy policies.
We will take reasonable steps to address technical issues affecting academy access.
Nothing in this section removes our statutory responsibilities for supplying purchased digital content and services.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information collected during purchase and membership registration is used to process payments, administer academy access, provide support and operate relevant services.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and our separate Privacy Notice.
14. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate membership access where reasonably justified by serious or repeated breaches of these terms, including fraud, unauthorised content distribution or deliberate platform misuse.
Any action will be proportionate and subject to applicable consumer law.
15. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee particular income, employment or business outcomes from participation in The SBC Academy.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or consumers' statutory rights.
16. Changes to Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions may be updated to reflect changes in law, academy operations or product features.
Any changes affecting existing contractual rights will be managed in accordance with applicable law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable to customers in other jurisdictions.

The SBC Academy is operated by Freedom By Faiza.
Customers can request assistance with membership access, digital delivery, payment questions or statutory consumer rights through our published official customer support contact details.
19. Customer Acknowledgement
By completing a purchase, customers confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Customers acknowledge that The SBC Academy is a digital educational training product, that earnings and employment are not guaranteed, and that academy materials are protected by copyright.
Any consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement of losing a statutory cancellation right must be obtained separately where legally required.
