Struggling to Work With My Executive

Struggling to Work With My Executive

$97

A private 45-minute EA Strategy Session to help you navigate difficult working dynamics, improve communication, and stop second-guessing how to work with your executive.

You're supposed to be your executive's right hand, but half the time you can't figure out what the hell they want.

Maybe they barely communicate, change their expectations without telling you, or question every decision you make. Or maybe your personalities are so different that even a simple conversation feels harder than it should.

You want to do a great job supporting them, but you're constantly trying to figure out what they expect, how to approach them, and whether you're doing something wrong. And the most frustrating part? You're expected to build a strong working relationship without anyone actually showing you how.

Let's Figure Out How To Work Better Together

You can't control your executive's personality or how they choose to communicate. But you can figure out how to navigate the relationship, address what's not working, and approach difficult situations with more confidence.

During our private session, we'll talk through your specific situation, identify what's creating friction, and explore practical ways to improve how you work together.

We can work through things like:

  • Communication: How do you communicate with an executive who barely responds or doesn't give you enough information?

  • Unclear expectations: What do you do when you're constantly guessing what they want or their priorities keep changing?

  • Different working styles: How do you adapt when your personalities, preferences, or approaches to work are completely different?

  • Micromanagement: How do you build trust with an executive who questions everything or struggles to delegate?

  • Difficult conversations: How do you bring up concerns, address frustrations, or ask for what you need without making things worse?

  • Building trust: What can you do to strengthen the working relationship and reduce misunderstandings?

This isn't generic advice about being a better communicator. We're talking about your executive, your working relationship, and the situations you're actually dealing with.

Here's How It Works

1. Book your 45-minute session. Choose a time that works for you.

2. Tell me what's going on. Complete a short intake form so I can understand your executive, your working relationship, and what's been challenging before we meet.

3. Let's figure it out together. We'll spend 45 minutes talking through your situation, answering your questions, and exploring approaches that make sense for your working relationship.

4. Leave with a clearer direction. You'll have practical next steps and a better understanding of how to approach the conversations or situations you're struggling with.

You Don't Have To Keep Guessing What Your Executive Wants

Working with an executive who communicates differently, has unclear expectations, or constantly leaves you second-guessing yourself can be exhausting. Especially when you're trying your hardest to build a great working relationship and nothing seems to click.

Sometimes you just need someone who's been there to look at the situation with you and say, "Okay, here's what I think is happening. Here's how I'd approach it. And here's what I'd try next."

That's what I'm here for. Bring the frustrating conversations, the confusing expectations, and the situations you've been replaying in your head. We'll work through what makes sense for you and your executive.

45 minutes. Your questions. Your situation. $97.
