Join us October 9th for an intentional evening where we’ll slow down, open up, and pour back into ourselves. Skin Deep will begin with an interactive women’s conversation led by a special female coach/speaker, covering real topics around confidence, relationships, boundaries, self-worth, growth, purpose, and womanhood.
Guests will have the opportunity to join the conversation, share their perspectives, ask questions, or simply listen and take it all in.
We’ll close the night with an Extra Soft Deep R&B Stretch Experience — 40 minutes of slow, intentional movement designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with your body.
