TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Phoenix Family Kitchen storefront located at stan.store/GEPhoenix and operated by AROMA-Therapy Wellness Group Ltd, doing business as Phoenix Family Kitchen (“Phoenix Family Kitchen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting our storefront or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the storefront or purchase our products.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Phoenix Family Kitchen sells downloadable recipe collections, recipe cards, score sheets, printables, and related digital materials. No physical product will be shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.
Digital files are delivered electronically through Stan or another delivery method identified during checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining compatible software or equipment for opening and printing the files.
PERSONAL-USE LICENSE
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view, save, and print the purchased materials for your personal or household use.
You may use the recipes to prepare food for yourself, your family, guests, bake sales, catering customers, or other food-service purposes, subject to all applicable food-safety and licensing requirements.
You may not:
• Resell, redistribute, share, upload, email, copy, or give away the digital files;
• Post the complete recipes, printables, or files online;
• Claim the materials as your own;
• Remove Phoenix Family Kitchen branding or copyright notices;
• Include the files in another product, membership, course, bundle, or subscription; or
• Use the materials to create competing recipe cards, ebooks, printables, or digital products.
Purchasing one copy does not grant group, classroom, organizational, or commercial redistribution rights.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
The full purchase price and any applicable taxes or disclosed charges will be displayed before checkout. Payment processing may be provided by Stan, Stripe, or another third-party payment processor.
After successful payment, the digital product will be delivered electronically. Please download and safely store your files after purchase.
If you do not receive your download, receive a damaged or unreadable file, or experience a duplicate charge, please contact Phoenix Family Kitchen through the contact method provided on our Stan storefront.
REFUND POLICY
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.
However, we will provide reasonable assistance, a replacement file, or an appropriate refund when:
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• The purchased file cannot be delivered;
• The file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement;
• You receive the wrong product; or
• A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Please report delivery or file problems within seven days of purchase whenever reasonably possible. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
RECIPE, ALLERGEN, AND FOOD-SAFETY NOTICE
Recipes are provided for general informational and personal-use purposes. Results may vary based on ingredients, measurements, equipment, oven calibration, altitude, substitutions, technique, and environmental conditions.
Customers are responsible for:
• Checking all ingredient labels;
• Identifying food allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions;
• Preventing cross-contact and contamination;
• Cooking and storing food safely;
• Supervising children in the kitchen; and
• Following applicable food-handling, cottage-food, catering, and business regulations.
Phoenix Family Kitchen does not guarantee that any recipe is allergen-free or suitable for a particular medical condition or dietary requirement. Recipe information is not medical, nutritional, or professional dietary advice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The digital products, written directions, original photographs, graphics, layouts, branding, printables, score sheets, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Phoenix Family Kitchen and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Ingredient lists, common cooking methods, and general culinary concepts may not be exclusively owned; however, Phoenix Family Kitchen’s original wording, arrangement, design, photography, branding, and compiled products may not be copied or redistributed except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
“Phoenix Family Kitchen” and associated branding may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.
ACCURACY AND PRODUCT CHANGES
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions and instructions. We may correct typographical errors, clarify instructions, revise files, or discontinue products when appropriate.
If a material error affects a purchased product, we may provide a corrected or replacement file.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our storefront, payment processing, email delivery, and file delivery may be operated through third-party services such as Stan and Stripe. Their separate terms and privacy practices may also apply.
We are not responsible for interruptions or technical problems caused solely by a third-party provider, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve delivery problems involving a valid purchase.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Digital products and storefront content are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phoenix Family Kitchen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of a recipe, product, file, or storefront.
Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where a different remedy is required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You agree to receive transactional communications necessary to complete and deliver your purchase, including receipts, download instructions, product corrections, and customer-service responses.
Purchasing a product does not automatically enroll you in promotional marketing unless you separately choose to subscribe.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court located in Massachusetts, subject to any consumer rights or jurisdictional protections that cannot legally be waived.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically. The version in effect when you make a purchase will govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or benefits the customer.
