Tired of hosting Dine-out Nights? Do you want something fresh and exciting for your next fundraiser? Try a Game Play Day at Galaxy Game Cafe (GGC) to raise funds for your organization, school, sports team or other social service group.
Our all-day fundraiser puts the FUN back in fundraising by providing a unique opportunity for your group to raise money just for getting people to hang out, play games and interact. Choose a date for your fundraiser and earn 30% back on every Play Space Entry for guests who show your group's official fundraiser flyer, email or post.
Here are just a few of the benefits of hosting a Game Day fundraiser:
Customized Marketing: Once your date is chosen and confirmed as being available, GGC will provide your organization with custom promotional materials to market your event effectively and get the best attendance possible.*
FUN Funds: On the day of the event, GGC staff will track any guests who show a printout or digital copy of the fundraiser information and 30% of all play space entry proceeds will be donated back to your organization. (NOTE: Entry is $10/person for all-day access)
HUGE Game Library: Our in-house game library boasts a wide selection of over 1,300 board and card games, all available for use during your stay. There is also a dedicated family zone with toys, activities and games for ages toddler through elementary school. (NOTE: Parental supervision required in the family area.)
Spacious and Comfortable: The play space can seat over 100 people and offers comfortable table and booth seating for guests in a cozy home-away-from-home environment.
Food and Drinks: GGC features a large selection of sweet and savory pre-packaged snacks and drinks in our Galaxy Grub snack shop to be enjoyed while gaming. Guests are also welcome to bring in their own food or order from one of the many local restaurants.
