What I can offer is my time, my attention, and an honest conversation about what comes next for you.
As a Full Mentorship client, you're a top priority for me. You work directly with me, one to one, across your personal growth, your training and what you're building online.
We get to know what's happening in your actual week. What you're putting off. Where you keep getting stuck. What matters enough to make room for.
An hour together, every week.
A private 60-minute video call with me. Bring the questions, the setbacks and the things you're proud of. We use that time on what you need most, then agree on what you'll do next.
Direct access to me between calls.
You can message me on WhatsApp when you need feedback, have a question or want to talk through something we've been working on. I reply personally within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
One plan for all three areas.
We start with an intake form and a 60-minute assessment. Within 72 hours of that call, you'll have a roadmap with your priorities and weekly actions across personal growth, fitness and content.
Your training program is on the app I coach from and is updated every week. Your content plan includes my feedback on what you're making. We review the whole plan at week 4 and week 8, and adjust it as your life changes.
You have someone paying attention.
I'll ask how things went. I'll listen when the plan isn't working. And I'll be honest when something needs to change, even when that's the harder conversation.
I won't promise a number on the scale, a follower count or a date when everything feels different. I will commit to showing up for our calls, replying when I said I would, and taking the work seriously alongside you.

US$2,500 a month. Three months minimum, then month to month until you stop.
If after our first call it isn't right, tell me and your first payment is refunded in full.
