Consultation Terms & Conditions
By booking a consultation with GottaTravelWithJD, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• All consultation fees are non-refundable and secure your selected appointment time.
• Consultations are designed to review travel goals, budget, destination preferences, logistics, and planning strategy. Booking a consultation does not guarantee booking confirmation, pricing, or availability.
• Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period. If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation or arrive beyond the grace period, your appointment may be considered forfeited and rescheduling will be at the advisor’s discretion based on availability.
• One courtesy reschedule may be permitted with at least 24 hours notice.
• Travel quotes, pricing, and availability discussed during or after consultation are subject to change at any time until deposits or payments are made.
• A separate Concierge Planning Fee may be required before custom quote sourcing, itinerary planning, or booking begins. This fee covers research, supplier communication, itinerary development, and logistics coordination.
• Clients will receive up to two complimentary quote revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to an administrative fee.
• Rush planning fees may apply for trips departing within 45 days unless waived by the advisor.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips.
• GottaTravelWithJD acts as an independent travel advisor and is not liable for supplier cancellations, delays, weather disruptions, or changes beyond advisor control.
