By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
1. Purchases & Payment
All payments are due according to the payment option selected at checkout. Payment plans are commitments to the full purchase price.
2. Refunds
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Fees for services already rendered, sessions completed, or preparation/work already performed are non-refundable.
3. Scheduling
Paid sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.
4. Results Disclaimer
Strategy, coaching, consulting, and recommendations do not guarantee specific business, revenue, visibility, audience-growth, lead-generation, or client-acquisition results.
5. Intellectual Property
All proprietary materials, frameworks, resources, and training are for the purchaser’s personal or internal business use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or commercially used without written permission.
6. Upgrade Credits
Eligible credits toward higher-level services have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for refunds.
7. Client Agreements
Customized, ongoing, or higher-level engagements may require a separate client agreement through HoneyBook. In those cases, the signed client agreement will govern that engagement.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in San Diego County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
