DIGITAL PRODUCTS — CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all digital products and services purchased from Passion Meets Profit™, including but not limited to online courses, classes, academies, digital downloads, eBooks, PDFs, guides, templates, workbooks, printables, bundles, workshops, recorded trainings, digital resources, memberships, communities, and other digital educational products (“Products”).
By completing a purchase, accessing a Product, or agreeing to these Terms during checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All Products are digital unless specifically identified otherwise at checkout.
No physical product will be shipped when purchasing a digital-only Product.
The specific content, features, access period, price, and payment terms for each Product will be described on the applicable sales or checkout page.
2. EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES
Courses, classes, guides, training, templates, resources, and other educational materials are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing provided by Passion Meets Profit™ constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, employment, or other licensed professional advice.
You are responsible for determining whether any information, strategy, business model, platform, or opportunity discussed is appropriate for your circumstances.
3. NO EARNINGS OR RESULTS GUARANTEE
Passion Meets Profit™ does not promise or guarantee income, sales, customers, employment, business success, profitability, or any specific result from purchasing or using a Product.
Examples, testimonials, case studies, revenue figures, sales figures, or personal experiences are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Results vary based on numerous factors, including individual effort, experience, implementation, market conditions, audience, business decisions, and other circumstances.
NO SPECIFIC FINANCIAL OR BUSINESS RESULT IS GUARANTEED.
4. PRICING
Prices are displayed at checkout and may vary between Products.
Passion Meets Profit™ may offer promotional prices, discounts, bonuses, payment plans, introductory prices, or other offers.
Future price changes do not automatically entitle previous Customers to refunds, credits, or price adjustments.
5. PAYMENTS
By completing checkout, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount displayed at checkout.
Payments may be processed through Stan and third-party payment processors.
Passion Meets Profit™ is not responsible for independent decisions, outages, processing delays, fees, or policies imposed by third-party payment providers.
6. PAYMENT PLANS
When a Product is offered through a payment plan, the Customer agrees to complete all required installments according to the terms displayed and accepted at checkout.
Unless expressly identified as a cancel-anytime subscription, a payment plan is a method of paying an agreed purchase price in installments and is not automatically cancelable simply because the Customer no longer wishes to use the Product.
Failure to complete required payments may result in suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS
Certain Products may be offered as recurring memberships or subscriptions.
For recurring Products, the applicable billing frequency, price, cancellation terms, and access details will be disclosed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for canceling recurring subscriptions according to the instructions provided through the applicable platform.
Cancellation stops future eligible recurring charges but does not automatically create a refund for amounts already properly charged, except where required by applicable law.
8. DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY
Because digital Products may provide immediate access to downloadable or proprietary content, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except where a refund, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law or expressly offered in writing for a particular Product.
Refunds will not ordinarily be provided merely because a Customer:
Changes their mind;
Does not use the Product;
Does not complete a course;
Does not download the materials;
Does not achieve the desired results;
Experiences scheduling conflicts;
Finds similar information elsewhere; or
Fails to implement the training.
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
9. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers are encouraged to contact Passion Meets Profit™ regarding legitimate billing, access, or purchase concerns before initiating a payment dispute so that the matter may be reviewed.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a Customer from exercising lawful rights through their bank, card issuer, payment processor, or applicable consumer-protection law.
When responding to a payment dispute, Passion Meets Profit™ may provide relevant transaction records, including purchase records, checkout information, Product descriptions, records of digital delivery or access, communications, and evidence that these Terms were presented or accepted.
Fraudulent disputes, intentional misrepresentations, or abuse of payment systems may result in suspension or termination of access where permitted by law.
10. ACCESS AND DELIVERY
Digital Products may be delivered through email, download links, online course platforms, membership platforms, Stan, or other digital systems.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the account used to purchase the Product.
Customers experiencing legitimate access problems should contact Passion Meets Profit™ for assistance.
11. PERSONAL USE LICENSE
Unless a Product specifically states otherwise, purchases are licensed for the Customer's personal use only.
Purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership of Passion Meets Profit™ intellectual property.
12. NO SHARING, COPYING OR RESALE
Unless written commercial, resale, or redistribution rights are expressly included with a particular Product, Customers may NOT:
Share purchased files with others;
Share course or membership login information;
Copy or redistribute Products;
Upload Products to online groups, websites, drives, or marketplaces;
Resell Products;
Give paid Products away;
Repackage Products as their own;
Record and redistribute paid training;
Sell Passion Meets Profit™ templates or materials as their own; or
Claim Passion Meets Profit™ intellectual property as their own.
Unauthorized distribution may result in termination of access and other remedies available under applicable law.
13. COMMERCIAL AND RESALE RIGHTS
Some Products may expressly include commercial-use, Private Label Rights (PLR), Master Resell Rights (MRR), resale rights, or another type of license.
When such rights are included, the specific license supplied with that Product controls how it may be used.
Customers should not assume that resale or commercial rights are included unless they are expressly stated.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Passion Meets Profit™, its original branding, written materials, course content, videos, presentations, worksheets, templates, graphics, guides, downloads, training, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited except where expressly licensed.
15. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND OPPORTUNITIES
Products may discuss or recommend third-party websites, companies, marketplaces, software, AI tools, business opportunities, affiliate programs, suppliers, or other services.
Third parties operate independently from Passion Meets Profit™.
Their prices, policies, availability, approval criteria, features, terms, and requirements may change.
Passion Meets Profit™ does not guarantee acceptance, approval, employment, sales, income, or other results from a third-party company or opportunity.
16. AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS
Certain Products may provide Customers with the opportunity to participate in a Passion Meets Profit™ Affiliate Program.
Purchasing a Product does not automatically guarantee affiliate eligibility unless expressly stated.
Affiliates are subject to separate Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions, including applicable commission, disclosure, marketing, refund, and chargeback requirements.
17. CUSTOMER CONDUCT
Customers accessing communities, memberships, live sessions, or other interactive services must conduct themselves appropriately.
Harassment, threats, fraudulent activity, spam, unauthorized solicitation, theft or distribution of content, or material disruption of the community may result in removal.
18. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
Passion Meets Profit™ cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of Stan or other third-party hosting, payment, email, community, or technology platforms.
Temporary outages, maintenance, software changes, and other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Passion Meets Profit™ may affect availability.
19. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Passion Meets Profit™ may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, including unauthorized redistribution, fraudulent activity, intellectual-property violations, account sharing, or serious community misconduct.
Termination will be handled subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Passion Meets Profit™ and its owner will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the Products, implementation of educational information, business decisions, or use of third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another jurisdiction's non-waivable consumer protections apply.
22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Passion Meets Profit™ may update these Terms as Products, technology, laws, platforms, or business practices change.
Material changes affecting existing Customers will be communicated when required by applicable law.
23. ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing or accessing a Passion Meets Profit™ Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
You acknowledge that:
You are purchasing a digital Product unless otherwise stated;
Digital Product sales are final except where otherwise stated or required by law;
Income and business results are not guaranteed;
Products may not be shared or resold unless expressly licensed;
Payment plans must be completed according to their purchase terms; and
Recurring memberships or subscriptions are subject to the billing and cancellation terms presented at checkout.
