The Founder Capacity Audit

The Founder Capacity Audit

$497

Before You Hire More People, Take On More Clients, or Push for More Growth...

Do you actually know where your capacity problem is?

Your business is growing. Maybe you’ve hired a few people. Maybe you’re thinking about your next hire.

But somehow, you’re still carrying way too much of the business.

Your team has questions, they come to you.

Something goes wrong, you fix it.

A decision needs to be made, everybody is waiting on you.

And even though you have people around you, there are still parts of the business you can’t step away from because too much depends on you.

So naturally, you start thinking:

Maybe I need to hire somebody else.

Maybe.

But before you add another person to payroll, let’s figure out what problem you actually need them to solve.

The Founder Capacity Audit

The Founder Capacity Audit is a private 1:1 assessment designed to help you identify where your business is still too dependent on you, where the gaps are within your people foundation, and what needs to change so you can grow without continuing to carry more of the business yourself.

Investment: $497

Because hiring isn’t always the answer.

Sometimes you absolutely need another person.

But sometimes you already have the people you need and the roles aren’t clear.

Sometimes work is sitting with the wrong person.

Sometimes you’ve delegated the work but not the authority to make decisions.

Sometimes expectations and accountability aren’t clear.

Sometimes there’s a performance issue you’ve been compensating for by picking up the slack yourself.

And yes, sometimes the founder is the bottleneck.

This happens all the time as businesses grow.

You start the business knowing everything and doing everything. Then you hire people, add clients, increase revenue and keep moving.

But nobody ever stops to ask:

Did we actually build the people side of this business to support where we’re trying to go?

That’s how you can end up with a team without actually creating more capacity.

And I don’t want you building a bigger business that just gives you a bigger job.

So, what’s actually happening inside your business?

That’s what we’re going to figure out.

During your Founder Capacity Audit, we’ll look at:

Founder Dependency: What are you still holding that someone else should own?

Team + Roles: Do you have the right people doing the right work with clear ownership?

Hiring: Do you actually need another person? If so, what problem should that hire solve?

Leadership + Accountability: Does your team have the clarity, authority, expectations and feedback they need to perform without everything coming back to you?

Culture + Performance: Are you intentionally building the way people work, communicate and perform inside your business?

Scalability: Could your current people foundation support the next level of growth?

Because growth has a way of exposing what we haven’t built yet.

What You’ll Walk Away With

I don’t want you leaving with a giant list of everything that could possibly be better.

I want you to know:

Where is my business too dependent on me?

What is actually creating that dependency?

What are my biggest capacity gaps?

Do I really need to hire?

What needs to change first?

What should I focus on over the next 90 days?

That’s the clarity we’re after.

What’s Included

Pre-Audit Intake

You’ll complete an intake that gives me a deeper look at your business, your team, your goals and where you believe things are getting stuck.

60-Minute Private Assessment

We’ll meet 1:1 on Zoom and dig into how your business actually operates through people, where dependency exists and what may be limiting your capacity.

Personalized Founder Capacity Roadmap

Within 7–10 business days, you’ll receive a roadmap based on what we uncovered, including:

  • Your priority capacity gaps

  • Personalized recommendations

  • What needs your attention first

  • Your 90-day action plan

30-Minute Findings + Next Steps Session

Then we’ll get back on Zoom and walk through your findings together.

You won’t get a report dropped in your inbox with a “good luck.”

We’re going to talk through what I found, what I recommend and what I believe your next moves should be.

Why Work With Me?

I’ve spent more than 20 years in Human Resources and have had a front-row seat to what happens when organizations grow faster than their people systems.

As a PHR-certified HR professional and Senior HR Business Partner, I’ve coached leaders through hiring decisions, performance issues, accountability problems, workforce planning, organizational change and the people challenges that come with growth.

And I’ve learned to look underneath the obvious problem.

Because what looks like a hiring problem may actually be a leadership problem.

What looks like a performance problem may actually be an expectations problem.

And what feels like founder burnout may actually be a business that has become too dependent on its founder.

That’s what we’re looking for.

“But I already know I’m overwhelmed.”

I believe you.

But knowing you’re overwhelmed doesn’t tell you what to fix.

And if you’re considering spending $50,000, $70,000 or more a year on another employee, spending $497 to make sure you understand the problem you’re hiring that person to solve is not the expensive decision.

Hiring the wrong person for the wrong reason is.

You also don’t need a huge team for this work to make sense.

If you’re preparing to hire, already managing employees or contractors, or you’ve built a team and still feel like everything depends on you, this Audit is designed to help you figure out why.

Your business doesn’t just need more people.

It needs the right capacity in the right places.

The goal isn’t to remove you from your business.

It’s to stop making your involvement necessary everywhere.

Because eventually, if everything continues to depend on you, your capacity becomes the capacity of the business.

And if you want the business to grow beyond that, we need to change what’s underneath it.

2. Educational and Professional Disclaimer

HR with Purpose provides strategic business, leadership, people, and human resources education and consulting.

Our products and services are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice.

Although HR with Purpose may provide information regarding HR practices, employment matters, policies, compliance considerations, hiring, performance management, or other workplace issues, such information should not be considered a substitute for advice from qualified legal counsel regarding the laws applicable to your organization.

You remain solely responsible for all decisions made regarding your business, employees, contractors, finances, operations, policies, and practices.

When appropriate, you should consult an attorney, accountant, tax professional, or other qualified professional before acting on information provided through our services.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We want our clients and customers to achieve meaningful results. However, no particular business outcome can be guaranteed.

Your results depend on numerous factors outside HR with Purpose’s control, including your implementation, leadership, business model, employees, market conditions, resources, decision-making, and circumstances.

We do not guarantee:

  • Increased revenue or profitability

  • Specific hiring or retention outcomes

  • Improved employee performance

  • Reduced founder workload or working hours

  • Business growth or scalability

  • Specific employee or team behavior

  • Regulatory or legal compliance

  • Resolution of employee relations matters

Examples, case studies, testimonials, or results shared by HR with Purpose represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a promise that you will achieve identical results.

4. Purchases and Payment

You agree to pay the price displayed at the time you purchase a product or service.

Payment may be processed through third-party providers such as Stan, Stripe, or other payment processors. Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining a valid payment method for any amounts owed.

Prices may change at any time. A future price change does not entitle previous purchasers to a refund, credit, or price adjustment.

5. Payment Plans

When HR with Purpose offers a payment plan, the payment plan is a method of paying the full purchase price of the applicable product or program.

Unless the offer is expressly identified as a cancel-anytime subscription, enrolling through a payment plan does not create a month-to-month service that may be canceled simply by discontinuing participation.

By selecting a payment plan, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the scheduled payments until your balance has been paid in full.

Failure to attend sessions, access materials, participate in a program, complete assignments, or otherwise use the services does not automatically cancel your remaining payment obligation.

If a scheduled payment fails, HR with Purpose may suspend access to services, programs, communities, calls, or materials until the account is brought current.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Because HR with Purpose offers a combination of digital products, reserved professional time, personalized work, and educational programs, refund eligibility may vary by offer.

Digital Products: Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated on the applicable sales page, digital products are final sale once access has been provided.

Assessments, Audits, Consulting, and 1:1 Services: Payments reserve professional time and may involve preparation before your scheduled session. Unless otherwise stated in writing for the applicable offer, purchases are non-refundable once services have begun or personalized work has commenced.

Programs, Cohorts, Trainings, and Immersive Experiences: Refund and cancellation terms stated on the applicable sales or checkout page will apply. Enrollment through a payment plan does not eliminate the purchaser’s responsibility for the remaining balance unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

If HR with Purpose cancels a paid service and cannot reasonably reschedule or provide the purchased service, an appropriate replacement, credit, or refund will be provided.

7. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Missed Appointments

You are responsible for scheduling any sessions included with your purchase within the applicable timeframe.

Unless different terms are provided for a specific service, requests to reschedule a scheduled 1:1 session must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Requests may be sent to support@hr-withpurpose.com.

Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be forfeited.

HR with Purpose understands that emergencies happen and may make exceptions at its discretion when circumstances reasonably warrant them.

If HR with Purpose must reschedule a session, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative appointment.

8. Personalized Assessments and Deliverables

Certain HR with Purpose services may include personalized assessments, audits, roadmaps, recommendations, action plans, reports, or other customized deliverables.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary to perform these services.

Recommendations are based on the information reasonably available to HR with Purpose at the time of the engagement. Changes in your organization, employees, business circumstances, laws, regulations, or other relevant facts may affect those recommendations.

Any stated delivery timeline begins once HR with Purpose has received the information and participation reasonably necessary to complete the work.

Specific timelines stated in an individual offer or service agreement will control.

9. Confidentiality and Client Information

We understand that our work may involve confidential information about your business, team, operations, finances, leadership challenges, or workplace concerns.

HR with Purpose will use reasonable care when handling confidential business information provided in connection with our services and will use such information for purposes reasonably related to providing the purchased service.

  • Use HR with Purpose communities for unlawful purposes

HR with Purpose reserves the right to remove a participant whose behavior materially disrupts the program, violates these Terms, compromises another participant’s safety or confidentiality, or interferes with the experience of the group.

Removal for misconduct does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.

14. Technology and Third-Party Platforms

HR with Purpose may use third-party platforms to provide products and services, including payment processors, video conferencing services, community platforms, scheduling tools, email providers, and digital-product platforms.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services and are not responsible for outages, technical failures, data practices, or service interruptions caused solely by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

If a technical issue materially prevents us from delivering a purchased service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative means of delivery.

15. Website and Content Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information. However, business practices, employment laws, technology, and other information can change.

We do not warrant that every piece of website or educational content will remain current indefinitely.

HR with Purpose may update, modify, discontinue, or correct content when appropriate.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HR with Purpose, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or related to your purchase or use of our products or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HR with Purpose’s aggregate liability arising from a particular purchased product or service will not exceed the amount you actually paid to HR with Purpose for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HR with Purpose, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of our products or services, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person’s rights, or business actions you independently take based on your use of our services.

18. Termination of Access

HR with Purpose may suspend or terminate access to a product, program, service, or community if you materially violate these Terms, fail to make required payments, misuse our intellectual property, engage in prohibited conduct, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue before terminating access.

Termination for breach does not automatically eliminate outstanding payment obligations or create a right to a refund.

19. Privacy

Personal information collected through our websites, forms, purchases, email communications, or services will be handled in accordance with our applicable Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Third-party platforms used to process transactions or deliver services may separately collect and process information according to their own privacy practices.
