Estimated Quote Delivery Times
Cruise Quote: 2–3 business days
Hotel-Only Quote: 2–3 business days
Social Media Reel Quote: 3–4 business days
Custom Travel Quote: 4–5 business days
Turnaround times begin once your completed intake form and required payment authorization have been received.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Planning & Booking Fee Policy
By submitting this form, I understand and agree that:
No planning/research fee will be charged to my card until the requested quote or planning service has been completed and delivered.
I authorize Hallmark Travels to charge the applicable service fee to my card securely on file through Stripe once the service has been rendered.
The fee compensates Hallmark Travels for professional research, travel planning, and preparation of my personalized quote.
My planning fee will be credited toward my reservation balance if I proceed with booking through Hallmark Travels.
The fee may be applied toward the initial room deposit where permitted by the travel supplier. Any additional deposit required will be communicated before booking.
Submitting this form authorizes the applicable service fee but does not automatically authorize additional travel supplier charges.
Client Agreement & Acknowledgment
By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Serious Booking Inquiries Only
I am submitting this request with genuine intentions of booking a trip if a suitable option within my stated preferences and budget is available.
2. Accurate Travel Information
I am responsible for providing accurate travel dates, destinations, departure airports, traveler information, budget, and preferences. Incomplete information may delay my quote.
3. Pricing & Availability
All travel prices and availability are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed and the required supplier payment has been processed.
4. No Automatic Reservations
Submitting this form does not hold or reserve flights, hotels, cruise cabins, or other travel services.
5. Changes to My Request
Significant changes to my destination, dates, traveler count, budget, or travel preferences after research begins may require an additional planning fee, which will be disclosed before further work.
6. Quote Review & Response
I understand that quotes are time-sensitive. I am responsible for reviewing my options and responding within the timeframe provided by Hallmark Travels.
7. Rush Requests
Last-minute or expedited requests may involve an additional fee and are subject to availability and acceptance by Hallmark Travels.
8. Supplier Terms & Conditions
Cancellation policies, refund eligibility, deposit requirements, travel insurance options, and supplier-specific terms will be provided before booking confirmation.
9. Payment Authorization
I authorize Hallmark Travels to securely maintain my payment method through Stripe and charge the disclosed planning/research fee only after the requested service has been completed and delivered.
Any additional travel booking payments will require my approval.
Final Acknowledgment
I CONFIRM THAT I AM SERIOUSLY INTERESTED IN BOOKING TRAVEL
I understand that my card on file through Stripe will not be charged the applicable planning fee until my requested quote or planning service has been delivered, and that the fee will be credited toward my reservation balance if I book through Hallmark Travels.
By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By checking the applicable acceptance box, submitting payment, authorizing Hallmark Travels to make a reservation, or otherwise proceeding with a booking after being provided access to these Terms, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the Hallmark Travels Terms and Conditions and the applicable terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and restrictions of the travel suppliers included in my reservation.
