You know why you do it. That’s the annoying part!
You could sit across from me and explain your attachment style, where it came from, and what your therapist said about it. And then he takes four hours to text back, and you’re on the couch with your heart going, rereading the last thread to check your tone like the answer might be hiding in there.
You don’t need to understand yourself better. You’ve done that. What you need is for your body to catch up to what your brain already knows, and that gap is what Root to Rise is for.
Twelve Weeks. One Session a Week. Because Real Change Needs a Rhythm That Keeps Up With You.
Twelve weekly sessions over about three months. Every single week, someone who knows your whole story is in your corner.
This isn’t a course where you watch videos and hope something shifts. It’s me, on a video call every week, catching the pattern while it’s still fresh and sending you back into your real life with tools you can use at 1:30am with your phone in your hand.
I’m not going to promise you’ll never feel that flicker again. The spiral still shows up. It just doesn’t run the show anymore. You notice it, you know what to do, and you come back to yourself without waiting for someone else to prove you’re okay.
Week By Week, What Becomes Possible
Weeks 1 to 4. See It Clearly.
The first few weeks feel slower than you expect, and that’s on purpose. You’re probably used to sprinting at this stuff, so first I’m going to ask you to slow down. We map what actually happens in your body when it fires, not just the story you tell about it. You get your first tool. Then we trace the pattern back to where it started and what it was trying to protect you from.
By the end of week four you’ll have a name for your pattern that finally fits, at least one tool you actually use, and a goal for the twelve weeks that feels honest.
Weeks 5 to 7. Interrupt It.
This is where it gets real. We work on the pattern while it’s live, using moments from your actual week: the text you almost sent, the yes you didn’t mean, the three day shame hangover after you asked for something. You practice the tools on real moments, not hypothetical ones. At week 6 we stop and look at it together. What’s moving, what’s stuck, what needs to change.
Weeks 8 to 12. Make It Stick, Then embody It Yourself!
Now you build a daily practice short enough to survive a bad week, and you start asking for what you need with real people, on purpose. In the last couple of weeks you try things first and tell me after. In our final session you leave with your own plan for when it fires, and a list of the moments you handled differently.

Why This Is Different From Anything Else You’ve Tried
You’ve probably read the books, tried therapy, taken every attachment quiz, and listened to the podcasts at 1am. You likely know more about this than most people ever will. Information was never the missing piece.
What’s been missing is someone in your corner long enough, and close enough, for your body to believe something new. A book can’t notice you’re doing the thing again. A course can’t answer your voice note. This is a relationship, with weekly sessions and a thread in between, where someone is watching your pattern with you and rooting for the version of you who doesn’t brace.
You’ll Walk Away With
A name for your pattern that fits, and a clear picture of where it started
At least two tools you actually reach for, not just ones you read about
Real practice catching the spiral early and coming back to yourself without needing proof from someone else
Real practice asking for what you need, without paying for it with days of shame afterward
Your own written plan for when it fires
Momentum on the one thing you came in circling
Who Root to Rise Is For
You’ve done real work, therapy, books, journaling, courses, and you’re still ending up in the same loop. You have the insight. It just hasn’t been enough to change what you do.
You’re capable everywhere else. People lean on you. And privately you’re worn out from watching yourself repeat this.
Whatever you call it, anxious attachment, people pleasing, overthinking, needing reassurance, you recognize the loop. You get close to something good, a person, a promise, a bigger life, and then you pull back, blow it up, or brace for it to be taken away.
You want weekly 1:1 attention, not another course or group call. And you’ve spent years trying to think your way out of something your body is doing, and you’re ready to try something different.
If you saw yourself in any of that, you’re probably ready!
On the Investment
Root to Rise is $2,500 paid in full, or 3 monthly payments of $933 ($2,799 total). That’s about $210 a session, with a Voxer thread, the Roadmap, the workbook, and the tool library built around them. It also gives your body real time, week after week, to learn something new.
Ask yourself honestly what one more year of this costs you. In your relationships. In your sleep. In everything you keep not starting because you’re busy managing the spiral.
You’re getting someone in your corner for twelve straight weeks, including the 1:30am version of you.
This Is Right For You If
You’re ready for twelve weeks of real work. You want more than a reset, you want your body to actually learn something new. You’ll show up, practice between sessions, and let something change.
This is coaching, not a replacement for therapy or medical care, and results depend on the work you bring to it. I don’t diagnose partners or promise a relationship will work out.
Not sure if it’s the right fit? Book a free Private Consultation first. We’ll talk through what’s happening, and I’ll tell you honestly whether Root to Rise is the right one for you.
I only take a small number of women at a time, because weekly 1:1 only works when I can really show up for each of you.
