The Healthcare Leadership Lab™ is a small-group coaching space for healthcare leaders carrying responsibility for people, decisions, and change.
When others look to you for answers, it can be hard to find a place to say, “Here’s what I’m dealing with. Am I seeing this clearly?”
In the Lab, leaders from across healthcare bring the situations they’re facing right now: a conversation they’ve been putting off, a decision with no easy answer, or a team dynamic they’re trying to understand. We slow the situation down, look at what may be happening, and practice how to respond.
We meet for three live, 60-minute calls each month. The final week has no call, giving you time to try what you’ve worked on and see what happens.
Who the Lab is for
You may lead a clinical team, an operational function, a technical group, or people across several of them. What matters most is that you’re carrying decisions and conversations that affect others, and you’re willing to bring a real situation into the room.How the calls work
Our first call each month focuses on a leadership skill you can practice. In the second, we coach through current situations members bring. In the third, we return to what happened, work through what became complicated, and prepare for the next step.We keep the group small so there is room for thoughtful conversation, individual coaching, and honest discussion.
Schedule and recordings
We meet on three Thursday evenings each month at 5:15 p.m. Eastern Time. Each call is 60 minutes. There is no call during the final week of the month. You’ll receive the complete schedule and call-access information after enrolling.
Calls will be recorded and made available to active Lab members for review. Recordings may include member questions, comments, and coaching conversations. Recordings may not be downloaded, copied, or shared outside the Lab.

Your coach
I’m Gina Catalano, a Certified Executive Coach and Master Energy Leadership™ Practitioner. I bring more than 20 years of experience leading high-performing teams across five Fortune 500 Healthcare Organizations.
I understand the pressure, complexity, and emotion that comes with leading in healthcare.
My role in the Lab is to help you slow the situation down, examine what may be happening, and decide how you want to respond.
Privacy and confidentiality
The Lab is a private group coaching space. Every member agrees to protect the identities, workplace details, experiences, and contributions of other participants. Discussions may not be shared outside the group, and sessions may not be recorded.You decide what you bring into the conversation and how much context you provide. You may leave out names, organizational details, or anything else you prefer to keep private. Patient-identifying information and protected health information should never be shared in the group.
Confidentiality is a shared commitment. Every member is expected to protect it, although absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group setting.
I understand that Lab calls will be recorded and made available to active members for review. I consent to being recorded when I participate. I understand that I choose what I share and may keep my camera off or choose not to speak. I agree not to download, copy, record, or share any Lab session or member information outside the group.
Membership and billing
Membership is $597 per month. Enrollment begins with a three-month minimum commitment. After the first three months, membership continues month to month at $597 until you cancel.
To prevent your next monthly charge after the initial commitment, you must cancel before your next billing date by emailing info@centroforzagroup.com. Payments already processed are nonrefundable except where required by law.
