I have spent over four years coaching expectant parents in naming their babies. One of the most common obstacles that has been communicated to me over those years, is finding a middle name that 'feels right' and flows with their chosen first name.

Middle names are hugely important in many cultures and countries around the world. However, they are often overlooked in the naming process and later lead to feelings of uncertainty.

One of my main aspirations for Heartbabynames is to make the naming journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible, which is typically achieved through 1:1 consultations. However, many are not ready for a consultation or feel like they don't quite need that level of support. Hence, my middle naming guide was born! A perfect in-between level of support ♡
