Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR PURCHASING
1:1 CALL TERMS & CONDITIONS 🤍
By booking a 1:1 call with me, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
🚫 No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this course and immediate access to course materials, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances. Please purchase mindfully and intentionally. Once you're in, you're in.
No Refunds for Change of Mind
All 1:1 call bookings are non-refundable for change of mind, including deciding that you no longer want the call or simply changing your plans.
3. Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your scheduled call, please contact me as soon as possible. Where appropriate, I may offer one rescheduling opportunity at my discretion.
4. Missed Calls
If you do not attend your scheduled call and have not contacted me beforehand, the session may be considered completed and no refund will be provided.
Please be mindful that your booking reserves my time specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows mean that time could have been offered to someone else.
Disputes & Payment Chargebacks
Submitting a chargeback or dispute for this product will result in immediate removal from the course and the community, with no exceptions. In the event of a dispute, you will still be legally responsible for paying the full balance owed, and we will pursue the full amount through collections or legal action if necessary.
Personal Responsibility
This course is a digital marketing education experience. While results are possible and often shared by past clients and students, we do not guarantee results, income, or business growth. Your outcomes are based on your own actions, consistency, and execution.
Community Guidelines
Access to any included private communities (if applicable) is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates community guidelines, disrespects other members, or causes disruption — with no refund.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms.
Let’s build something incredible ✨
